Giving one star is too generous because there is no lower score. Don’t waste your money here. He is a thief and manipulator. He takes the money for services to do in the car, manipulates you to say your car will be ready in 2 days and then when its been over 2 1/2 weeks and you want answers he hides and does not come to the shop to answer you about services you paid for. He is unprofessional and doesn’t deserve even a damn dollar. Take your money to someone more deserving. This guy is literally a douche bag and then some.

He sold my friend a complete lemon, now she stuck with a payment. For a car she can’t use!!!! I wouldn’t recommend!

Im very disappointed in my one and only experience with Jovan. We had set an appointment to meet between 12:30 and 13:00, just before 12:30 I sent a text with my ETA as 12:45. I didnt receive a response but was also driving so didnt check. I arrive, the gentleman in the garage comes out, super polite, asks how he can help then begins looking for Jovan.In the meantime the salesman asks how he can help then explains Jovan just left to meet a buyer..He said hed have him call me when he returned.I drove about 20 minutes, wasted my lunch break, and never heard back from him. I was on a tight schedule which is why I didnt wait for a response and since we had just set the appointment, who knew I would so quickly be forgotten.If you want someone who respects you and your time, Id recommend to keep looking elsewhere.Sad to see this coming from a Veteran owned business.

Worst place to buy a vehicle.When its too good to be true it usually is! From the jump was a great guy w great service. Helped me out in a serious jam.Car only lasted a couple months though. Bring a mechanic if your buying!Sold me a Complete LEMON!Repair services are usually good there. His mechanic left a wrench in the hood of my vehicle rattling around the engine. As well as unhooked and unfinished repairs. Everyone makes mistakes though.My mistake was going there.

PSA: DO NO PURCHASE A CAR FROM:“Jovan’s Mobile Lube”Customer Service is very rude. Mechanics are very rude. THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE. They do not care about your safety or any issues dealing with their cars. I RECENTLY purchased a car from this so called dealership. My car was given to me with no oil and no antifreeze. I had to call almost every other week about a problem with my car. I was very nice and tried to be considerate. But these people are not legit and will not give you good service. They will overprice you for items. They will cause more issues just so you can continue to spend money at there place. They were suppose to replace all for of my tires and replaced ONLY 2 and those are too big for my car. This place is very unprofessional and I will be taking them to court. If you want to find a car and have people who actually care about you, go to Browns Autoworld on Hope Mills Rd. This has been a huge lesson since this is my first car that I bought myself.

Im 19 and Mr. Jovan and his associate were very friendly and not pushy at all. They are like one big family. They asked what I wanted/needed and found the perfect vehicle for me. I found my car and got a great payment. I would recommend them to ANYBODY especially younger people. They were awesome. Car had one issue brought it back and they fixed it right away.AWESOME SERVICE!

Seems far away, but is actually very close to Hope Mills. Service was fast and very efficient. The owner took the time to handle my issue himself. Also gave me a great deal. I have gone back twice already.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I called, they showed up and were completely professional the entire time. Jovan is a highly skilled mechanic, and his employee Josh (I think that is his name, Im getting old) were both extremely helpful when I asked questions. They came to my house to help me with an old truck Im working on, and they were quick, thorough and very price effective. If you need help automotive wise, these are the guys to call.

I had an issue with my A/C so I took my vehicle into the dealership. After waiting all day and getting the run around, they could not find the problem. I left there very disappointed. I called Jovans Mobile Lube and not only did they come out to where I was, they fixed the problem. I was so impressed with their work and professionalism, I will now go to them with any of my vehicle issues. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Jovan answered my phone call and arrived within half an hour on a Saturday. Hows that for service?I already performed basic troubleshooting, but I was beginning to get over my head. So, I explained the problem and within an hour they identified my mistake replacing the ignition switch.Very professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to use again.My only regret is that I didnt call them sooner.Call now. You wont regret it.

I would give this place 0 starts if that were an available option. My car better be in good shape when it comes back since I have to pay $1155 when I was not quoted that price. I feel very cheated, because we never discussed it being over $1000 but he said you wanted it fixed. So, to me this business is a POS, I will write more when my car makes it back to my house. I will never be using their shady services again, you keep adding to your price when none of this was ever quoted. You will be hearing from legal!I thought I updated this before. My car was not fixed, whatsoever. This place was garbage to me!

Jovan and his sidekick Josh are great guys and know how to turn a wrench! Prompt, courteous and got the job done! I attempted to change my alternator on a transverse mounted engine...alt was way at the bottom behind axle, suspension and exhaust...I couldnt get it done. I called and Jovan/Josh came to the rescue and in no time had me back on the road...saved my A*# as this was my wifes car! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Would give negative stars if possible. Absolute worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a business. Was planning to buy a car and a motorcycle from this place. The car I originally planned to buy they sold as I was on my way to look at it, after the owner had told me he would hold it until I got there. I was disappointed and distrustful at that point already but willing to give them a chance to make it right. I proceeded to give them all of the paperwork, income info they had requested. As they no longer had the vehicle I wanted, they said they would find another one for me to purchase, but went ahead and ran mine and my husbands credit on another vehicle they had on the lot just to get the approval. Weeks later, they found the vehicle for us, but then stated that our credit application was not approved. This was after I had spent over 2 hours at their office on one occasion to get the initial approval, then made another trip back to test drive the new vehicle they got for us. I never even made it to the test drive because the woman running their office became argumentative with me, called me a liar, and just basically treated me with no respect whatsoever. The owner called to try to smooth things over, so we relented....then BAM, sorry, your credit wasnt approved...AFTER they had already gotten an approval on my previous visit. Rude, rude, rude staff. Incompetent. Get a different story every time you talk to someone. What a waste of time!

I would give this place a negative 100 if I could.My husband purchased a 2012 volvo s 60 on Saturday Nov.25th 2017 and drove the car a 135 miles home and the motor started ticking.The next day while on the interstate the car died the motor blew up. The dealership said it was my fault talking about I was driving to fast really on the interstate !!!!.If you know like I know you will stay the hell away from this place unless you want a lemon!!!!!

This is a HORRIBLE PLACE to buy a car from as they dont care about your safety or anything that goes wrong with the car within the first 30 days. They left me in a parking lot for over 10 hours and didnt car. They only are nice when you hand them money but once the deal is done and they have their money your screwed for everything I should have went with my gut with all the red flags but I learned my lesson and now have reported them to the BBB and seeking advice from our families Lawyer Do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from here and DRIVE RIGHT PASSED THE LOCATION. Jovan is a horrible person who cares nothing but for himself and money and I dont see this at least you can say its a dealership lasting much longer

I dont post reviews very often, but this business goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized.These gentlemen responded to my text immediately in the middle of the night asking about their service.They called me back the next morning to get information about the issues I was having with my vehicle and were at my home in about an hour.The mechanic, Josh, was very professional and friendly, and had the problem diagnosed within minutes and let me know what needed to be fixed.I purchased the parts online so I could use my discount and he went to the store for me to pick them up. He had the new parts installed and my car running again within the hour.I was contemplating calling a tow truck to take my car to a mechanic and expected to need a rental car for the rest of the week. I was pleasantly surprised that this mechanic came to my home and fixed my car in my driveway, saving me several hundred dollars in additional expenses, and the incontinence of being without a vehicle.I whole-heartedly recommend this company to other Fayetteville Area residents!

A couple weeks ago I had an Alternator put in my 2004 Ford Mustang by Jovan. The service he provided was excellent and professional. I called and he came to my home within 45 minutes, which is great cause I live on North Ramsey side of Fayetteville and he was coming from the Hope Mills area. I could not find a shop in Fayetteville that would put on my Alternator i had purchased, they wanted me to buy their part, which was way over priced for part and labor, Called Jovan kind of last minute and he came and put in on for only $100.00. He is very affordable and fair with his pricing. Also the work was fast and put on correct. I love the fact that he is a mobile mechanic considering I could not drive my car too far with a bad alternator. So if you are looking for a mechanic that can come to you I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND JOVANS MOBILE LUBE FOR ALL YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS. On are way home from Disney my battery light came on in my car on i95 so I pulled off the highway put my family in a hotel because my altenator went on us. This was at 12-1 in the morning so I logged onto the hotels wifi thinking that along i95 there would be a 24hr repair shop and since I really didnt want to travel far I found Jovans mobile he comes to you. So I called and he called me back first thing in the morning told him what the problem was and he said he can be there in 45 mins. So i went to the auto parts store picked up the altenator he came put it in which wasnt easy because my car of course the altenator is in the middle not on the top or bottom like most cars. But he was professional got it in and back on the road in a 1.5hr. Then the next morning i recieved a text asking if I got to were I was heading which by the way is Staten Island, NY. So in short thanks Jovan u really saved the day.Joe

Jovan was very professional and I was lucky that he was open on Sunday. I put deisil in my tank and he came to me so I didnt have to have my car towed. He was affordable!! I will be using him in the future for general upkeep. He also called the next day to see how my car was running. Thanks Jovan.

Very professional and reliable love this place

Brought my truck to Jovan for a timing chain replacement took them a week to do it then when I go pick it they didnt even have the timing set right so I got a mile down the road and had to bring it straight back, supposedly it took them a day to do what it took them the first time in a week. Ever since been having new issues with my truck that it wasnt doing before now I need a new motor. And last but not least before I had even brought my truck there I checked for the price he told me $500 and it ended up being about $900. Dont trust this place and will never be going here again.
