It is a great place to go. The quality of the cut is top notch. The conversation is always good. Need to call and get a reservation. Waylon the owner takes pride in the work he does. I am fairly certain he takes that same pride when selecting a barber to work there with him.

We just moved to the area so I was looking for a barber for my son and I. Chris was great, he was very friendly and welcoming and gave us both the haircuts we wanted. I am very happy to have found a new barber.

Lions Mane Barbershop is fine if your looking for a standard mens haircut; roughly equivalent to the quality you would get a great clips, served with a side of machismo. Their prices are slightly above average, and the service and hospitality I received were above average, but the quality of cut that I received was well below average. I went back in a few days later to have some corrections made, but things got worse. I was clear about what I wanted - I showed the barber a picture, and gave explicit instructions, but I will be left wearing a hat for a few weeks until this cut grows out.I want to clarify: I appreciate a skilled barber, because my requested haircuts are not as straight forward as buzz the sides short and buzz the top a bit longer. I am quite sure that Lions Mane barbers are sufficiently capable of satisfying most men who patronize their establishment, but if you are looking for a barber with expertise in advanced barbering techniques, I recommend you look elsewhere.

The cuts of the people before me came out nice and the barbers seemed really friendly, but they dont know how to cut curly hair. I walked in with hair around 3.5 inches long (loose-curl fro) and asked for shorter sides and a little off the top (expecting an inch or 1.5 to be removed). Top came out way shorter than I expected and uneven, and when I returned to have it fixed, they cut it all even shorter.

My husband had a haircut and beard trimmed and was very satisfied with the cut and trimming,and so am I.

Best barbers in town. Went to 4 other shops prior to Lions Mane and not only do they give better cuts than the rest, theyre incredibly consistent. For me, consistency speaks volumes in itself.

This place is pretty great. Im a convert and a repeat customer.Theyre fairly accommodating for time constraints. I had to get in and get out quickly, and the haircut was phenomenal as always.They have guys with various beard and hair types that each have different abilities for whatever your needs might be.I didnt feel unwelcome as a gay man, and that means the world to me.This is a great barbershop, fully recommend it!

Ive had some really talented barbers in the past but Wayland absolutely knocked it out of the park. Barbers have told me my hair is difficult to work with but Wayland seemed to understand it really well and got some great results. It was really clean and professional inside and the barbers made me feel welcome. I didnt feel like I needed to make a bunch of small talk but it also didnt seem like Wayland would have opposed if I did. True professionals cut here and make it feel casual. I live in Little Rock but visit Fayetteville often; I pretty well plan on using Lions Mane as my go to barber.

Just wish they could maintain the same people. The last few times Ive been in there theyve had at least one person that no longer works there and one new person. Prices are still great but I dont really want someone new cutting my hair every month. Had to find somewhere else to go.

I am super weird when it comes to who cuts my hair and I trust the barbers here at Lions Mane 100% to give me the best experience!! Anthony is my main barber and he does an incredible job and can give you whatever haircut or beard care you need!!

Went here for the first time yesterday. Dale, the owner, cut my hair and it may be one of the best cuts Ive had in years. Very clean and precise. He finished up with a straight razor neck shave and a neck and shoulder massage. It was a wonderful experience. Will be coming back for sure.

Always able to get in for a cut, and they do straight razor edges. They do great, like really great, with my fidgety ADHD 8-year-old and give me a consistent cut every time. My hair is hard to cut and so is my kids. If you struggle with having fine blonde hair that shows every last scissor mark ever made, come to these guys. Idk his name but middle booth on the left, always wears a denim apron does my sons hair and I go to anyone available.

Becka is Superwoman. She can do anything and everything under the sun. If I could send everyone in NWA to see her I would. She’s the best and great to have conversation with. Also get the neck shaved with the warm shaving cream not just cut short by trimmers. I usually text her and set up appointments 3-7 days in advance.

Hello everyone, I am the new owner of the Lions Mane Barber shop. I have read the reviews on here and thank you all. To address a few that stuck out to me. Dale is still here. The reason the shop has changed owner ship twice here recently is because the one guy who bought the shop the first time had a family emergency that changed his life. He had to move back to south Arkansas. He did not want to live five hours from his six year old son. So we did what we had to do to keep the doors open. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone. Also if we ever miss something or something is just not quite right with your hair please just stop back in and work with us so we can master your hair with you. Also the only one that has left us was the owner that moved back to south Arkansas because his hand was kinda forced to do so. The new guys in here have been recently hired due to the barber shop growing with new clients. We bring in new barbers to help cut down on everyones wait time. Once again thank you to all that supports the Lions Mane!!

I have been going here for about 4-5 months now, and have yet to have a bad experience. These people are obviously pastoniate about what the do. The price is unbelievable for the amount of time they spend on each haircut, and the quality of work the put out.
