Been doing business for years with Sandy and they are the best around.. to the negative review saying he kept your car over a year: Well you are lucky because most shops wouldve charged you a daily storage fee after so many days.. Maybe you shouldve kept in touch with him to let him know what you expected. Hell after a year with no contact he couldve placed a lien on your car. Lol they are good people as most of the reviews show. Id recommend them over anyone in the area..

I was recommended to Sandys because of his expertise with Ford engines. I have to say, I am not disappointed. He did a great job and the final cost was $500 less than the original estimated price! He is very professional and he got my vehicle purring like a kitten.

Great people and great service. Had two cars worked o. At the same time. Everything from a brake job to my inspections this is the place I go.

Due to my being in the hospital for an extended time, I made a big mistake in telling him, I was in no hurry to get my car back. When I got out of hospital (4 months) I called to check on my car. He had not touched it. Overall he had my car for a year and 3 months. Only after I kept calling did he do a rush job and did not even fix the biggest reason I carried it to him. Which was fix the carburetor. After I paid him $3700, and drove it home (3 hours away) did I find it was not fixed. He is not a mechanic and his integrity I question. Never carry any thing needing work to this shop. He never made it right, but then I would never carry it back, because he would fix something to break on it down the road. Buyer beware.

They treat u fairly and don’t try to sell you something or try to talk u n2 fixing something that u didn’t take it in to the shop for. Drive over to Sandy’s Automotive where they will work on your car as if it was their own.

Would not take my vehicles anywhere else! They are like dealing with lifelong friends. They kept my 200 Lexus running like a top, traded it in after 240,000 miles, still running great. they now work on my 2010 Lexus and my 2000 Excursion. If I bought a new one tomorrow I would have a hard time taking it to the dealer until the warranty was out.

Love this place their work is worth it

I broke down on 95 and limped into Fayetteville. Found this place on my phone. Sandy met me at the counter and listened to my sad tale, then asked about my old dog. In two minutes he had my hood up and wrenches turning.What can I say? They were kind, respectful, generous. I was embarrassed by how little they charged me. I dont know if you ever look at your reviews, but bless you guys. Wish I could give 10 stars.
