I will never purchase or lease a car from this dealership again. I went into the dealership to see if they would buy my 2019 vehicle that is in excellent shape and low mileage. First they told me that they can no buy my car because of the lease per their boss. I told them that I already spoke to Southeast Toyota which stated that I could sale my car to a Toyota dealership. They then came back and offered me below trade in value which was 16,000 and they offered 15,000. My car is worth on Kelly blue book 23,000 to 24,000 at least. I would have agreed to 21,000 or 20,000 but they did not give me a chance to negotiate or work the numbers. This dealership is full of it because they say they need cars because there are no cars on the lot except for trucks, vans and SUVs. The only car they have are “demo” cars to test drive. They call you when they want your car but when you want to make them an offer this happens. This experience has been so distasteful

She showed me 2 amazing vehicles that were both within price range and exactly what I had in mind when it came to getting a newer vehicle. My sales person was amazing but the finance manager I got was horrible from start to finish. She laughed at us, talked about us behind our back thinking we couldn’t hear he and made faces. Saying as too the was the 2nd vehicle we had purchased in less than a week I expected a lot more respect. I’m am extremely upset with how things were handle. I wish we would’ve gotten the same finance manager who did our truck as for our highlander absolutely horrible experience!

Really great auto service center, these guys had me in and out, most places I’ve been to take at least an hour before they tell you that your car is being worked on. Ask for Steve Majka, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff.
Can’t say enough great things about Ken Witt! He went above and beyond to help me. Brought my car in to get inspected and he explained everything in detail to me. I had to bring my car back in for repairs and he set me up for an appointment the next day, got me a ride to work and a ride to pick my car back up when it was being worked on. Ended up needed another replacement for my Prius and he was able to call my warranty company and get it replaced for me. Not only was he diligent in his work for me, he was very friendly!

I have had all service covered through my extended warranty and there’s been zero issues to include getting a rental car. So, last April I purchased 4 new tires WITH road hazard warranty. I had a tire go flat Wednesday. Went back to find out if the warranty would cover any part. Was told what it would cover and had them check on the tire. Was called back to the service desk to be told that they had bad news. When I purchased my tires they Didn’t come with a road hazard warranty as told at the time of sale. So, no coverage, no help, no work to try and make things right. Just an offer to sell me new tires again. Sorry, already played that game once with you. I left and went to Firestone, better tire, better service plan. Also, already have LIFETIME alignment with them. Done with dealing with Rick Hendrick Toyota of Fayetteville for EVER!!!!!Have a nice day!( Post will not let me share with out at least 1 star, or it would be none.)
I came in to get my oil changed and Harrison Florence was nice enough to get me checked in. He was very helpful, had a great attitude and made sure I was taken care of. He found out that there was a recall on one of my parts and made sure this would be taken care of since I was already there.It was a very good experience for me. The associate by the name of Alex who took care of me throughout my entire experience was very professional and courteous. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about my vehicle himself and recommended additional services that I should consider. After he and the mechanic spoke I was informed of further service and repairs. I agreed to have the recommended services except for one. Which I plan on having done in the near future. Plus the day after we picked up our vehicle we noticed a sound coming from the AC unit. I contacted Alex and he told me it was probably a leaf that accidentally fell behind the cabin filter. I brought my vehicle back and Alex personally opened the cabin filter and removed the leaf/leaves. Overall I want to give a shout out Alex, he truly made our experience smooth and pleasurable. Fred who shuttled us back to our house so we could retrieve our 2nd vehicle was great too.

I had gone in just looking for a car not to sure what to expect as it had been my first time purchasing thru a dealership, Abby was of fantastic help. Sales and parts team are great. Service area made me wait after I schedule an appointment. They did not explain the process and charge for estimate charges. They didn’t honor extended bumper-2-bumper warranty. Furthermore; they could not provide any regulation stating valid reason why they have 1/2 a policy or evidence of why they do not honor Toyota’s warranty. Careful, they will try to charge you for everything.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Vehicle with approximately 1100 miles. I immediately noticed a howling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I thought it was just the new thread so I ignored it until the 5k service. The vehicle was checked out and tires rotated. The noise never went away so it was mentioned again at the 10k service with tire rotation and oil change. It was given the okay again. Now at the next service the manager who was a very nice guy and was not there previously tells us that the vehicle needs a alignment and new tires. WOW! No one caught this and because it’s a Certified Used vehicle the cost is on us. The worst part is when we went in to speak with the GM we were told that, “That’s the price you pay for buying a used vehicle!” I wish I could turn back the hands of time and put that 13k down payment back in the bank. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! They can keep that other vehicle we were planning to purchase. 2 vehicles later we will never buy anything from this dealership! In the middle of a Pandemic people should not be treated like this!

Took my car in to have the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated due to a shake. It only had 9700 miles on a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The service tech was friendly enough but when we got the car back they HAD rotated the tires but not balanced them it still had a shake Who.Ever got in the car obviously threw his dirty greasy rag on the passengers seat and now i have a grease stain which i cant remove. It obviously had been idling for quite some time because the gas mileage went down as well as gas hand. An assembly line feel when going here, its all about quanity not quality.
