I accidentally backed into a pole and this establishment was suggested to me. I was initially apprehensive and contemplated just taking my car back to the Lexus dealership due to the expensive and difficult to match pearl paint that my LS had. I decided to allow Mr Israel do the work and glad I did. With much anxiety I went to go pick up my vehicle 1 1/2 weeks later and was EXTREMELY pleased. The new bumper was color matched perfectly. This was the absolute worst auto service experience we have ever had. They were extremely unprofessional and ended up causing way more damage than help. They took an extra 2 months over the original estimated time to be fixed. It was more of a local hang out spot than an actual business. We visited 4 different times to check on the car and every time there were multiple people there just hanging out and not working. The owner said they were friends. Literally had to threaten to call the cops just to get our car out of this garage. In the process of suing in court now. DO NOT make the same mistake we did.
