We have been with Total Insurance for many years. Prior to one of the ladies retiring some years ago everything was great. Since she’s been gone they have went down hill. I called regarding commercial insurance in May, I knew they were behind so I was trying to be patient and understanding due to the present conditions. I gave them a courtesy call a month later to see how it was going still wasn’t completed. I explained to them that I had been doing business with them for many years and wanted them to continue to be my insurance agent so I was willing to be inconvenienced slightly due to the awesome person I originally worked with was. So then I call back again in July they tell me the lady that was supposed to write it in now on vacation?? Not only is she on vacation but had done nothing. At this point I call the manager who takes my information and promises to get it take care of immediately and guess what NOTHING!!! I call back today just to see what had been done, the lady didn’t even barely give me a chance to finish my sentence prior to transferring time to the Sanford office which was supposed to now have completed this MONTHS AGO. I then very patiently wait once more, ask if they were complete she said yes and read them, then I asked her the complete date and she stated 07/15/2021. Today is 08/03/2021 and no one found time in a whole three weeks to call me and let me know it was complete. Pure sorry, lazy and disrespectful. I will be cancelling all of my policies with them and taking my business where I will be valued as a customer.
