Ive had auto insurance with them since my very first car, and Ive always been happy with their level of service and professionalism. I recently worked with Ryan to sort out renters insurance, and he went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he do a great job of explaining the policy but, since I was moving to a new state, he also reached out to a state farm agent near where Ill be living and asked them to help me. Couldnt be happier with the service theyve provided.

I was recommended this agency by my agent back home in Iowa when I bought my home here in June of 2017 and it’s like I never left home or my agent !! Have always had my back and have walked me thru information and situations to help me get exactly what I need, always get a card & call on my Birthday too ! They call if they see something or I need a tuneup on a policy, I am also blown away by prices, they blow away all those that advertised better rates but they can’t come close, they’ll find out the hard way when their coverage doesn’t cover them 🤷🏼‍♂️ Their compassion and understanding goes beyond belief, I have memory issues from consistent chronic pain and can be a hand full and they just work right thru it, with kindness and understanding, and pretty sure it can be difficult to deal with me so my hats off to them that they can GET THE JOB DONE 👍🏻👍🏻 I am old school and do not toss around rave reviews to just anyone, they are EARNED ❤️

So back in February I was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia and had to stay a week, I received a call from this State Farm agency asking how I was doing and wishing me well, followed by a card with the entire office writing me well wishes and get better soon! The ENTIRE OFFICE took time outta their day to write on a card! That to me is pretty amazing!!! Well today I get a call wishing me an early HAPPY BIRTHDAY (my birthday is on May 9th). My husband Skylar Daugherty is the main person on our account with State Farm. However they make time outta their busy schedules to make me feel just as important! I don’t know about anyone else but I have never had a insurance agency make me a priority! They always answer our calls and make it a priority to call back ASAP. If anyone is looking for an insurance company that truly cares and puts their customers first this is the place for you!!! We will always be part of the State Farm family!! Thank you guys so much!!

Very friendly and professional office staff, 100% of the time, no matter when I call or who I get on the phone there. It really does feel neighborly talking with them. I originally went to them because a friend recommended them because their rates were lower.

05/07/20 UPDATE: WOW! I received a personal call from Rita (Thank you, Rita!) as she was wishing me a happy birthday on behalf of State Farm! That call sealed it. Ill continue to stay with this agents office as long as possible. That was so very thoughtful! Im STILL a happy and satisfied State Farm family member. I still feel safe in the knowledge that the caring staff at this agents office provides!! Very positive place. ----I got the much needed help that I have been searching for in a representative from my new State Farm agency here by Multiple Line Representative Jeremy Wright. He is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patient in explaining any answers he gives. He wont pretend to know something he doesnt and if he doesnt know, he very quickly finds the answer and communicates it to you. He is a definite asset to State Farm and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

This office has been taking great care of me for several years now. They go the extra mile to help. Theyve even made my own mishap of flooding my car as smooth as possible and they literally took care of everything. They make sure you have the coverage you need and want. They make sure youre okay. It is an unfortunate dealing of the universe that I chose this agency as my insurance. For the longest, I have been a State Farm customer, I was pampered with excellent customer service and unbeatable premiums, heck I even remember days in which I check my email to find that my State Farm agent sending me ways how to discount my already discounted bill (looking at you, Drive Safe and Save). However, and due to a State-to-State transfer, I had to blindly select this agent as my insurance broker, and thats when all hell broke loose.Insurance bills/cards being delivered two months after the fact (blaming the USPS as their reason), dropping the ball on updating my billing method because for some reason it got reverted to my oldest credit card when the transfer happened, my old renters insurance still active despite the fact I moved from that place (and the State) 3 months ago, up until last week, and this is true, Kelli from their office got mad at me (I still cant believe someone at fault still getting to be angry at a long-time customer) because as I called to see if they had my address right (because it was jotted down funny on my mailed bill), she told me by the way, your account in closing status, and for that, I was undoubtedly furious, I had responded to all their requests with exactly what they wanted.While all of the above is sad funny, it really is comical that I am having to deal with this agent, as that even that I am logging in today, I found out that my Drive Safe and Save (my favorite discount) was disabled, and NO ONE from this agency even bothered to discuss that, I am guessing customer satisfaction is not what they are after. The sole reason why I still am dealing with this agency, is I want to give them benefit of the doubt, dreaming of someday getting the same standard of service I got from my Texas State Farm agent...
