Weve been with State Farm since we lived in San Francisco. When we moved here in 2002, a friend recommended Darryl and weve been with him ever since. He and his team have been there with so many life changes. Darryl is a great agent, community leader, and fantastic person. I highly recommend him to be your insurance agent.

Beware! If you are going to start a policy with State Farm be advised you will be charged a full months payment regardless of the date. I was not informed of this practice when I started my plan on the 17th of the month. I got the excuse that State Farms computer system does not have the ability to prorate. I plan on returning to Allstate!!

Seriously, those girls are like my friends, I am always smiling and laughing when I talk to them and they put up with my crazy life... Im extremely disappointed, and hurt! I truly thought I mattered, but that was only while State Farm took my money, on time for over 10 years (with a perfect record). After my 1st experience, having to deal with and go through an accident - State Farm has decided to drop my policy--- loyal customer ---- the customer service is 5 stars - again - till you need them- so tell me- how there for you are they really!??! They are great for LITTLE things- Little being the key word--- (which normally isnt the case) Ill give them that! As an auto insurance they are disappointing, they are supposed to be there for you when the worst happens- bottom line they will leave you in the cold like you never mattered!
