After calling for several days to schedule a quarterly service, Ethan came to the house. I wasn’t expecting him but glad he showed up after I was told Carroll was short staffed and there were significant delays to get a technician out. Ethan was the ONLY person in our year service with Carroll that thoroughly sprayed and inspected all areas. I didn’t know what was missing out on the prior visits, until he came! He even sprayed the window seals and inspected cabinets and areas were plumbing might leave exposed holes.He used a duster to collect spider webs outside near the downspouts and gave us lots of information for us to do in between visits. As he was spraying he pointed out areas where we need to use sealant too. He was the best and next time I will ask for him by name only!

The gentleman that came was named Michael. He was very courteous and nice however he was in and out of my house in seven minutes. I timed him. That was not enough time to cover the area he had to cover. When I asked him if he had put granular‘s outside. He said that he did however he couldn’t have been out there more than five minutes and I saw him out there spraying. I need someone to come back and do an a complete walk-through again.

We built our house approximately 25 years ago and we hired Carroll Exterminating company as our pest control company at that time, and we have been using them ever since. They are professional, responsive and available for any issues that arise outside their scheduled time. When I call with a concern, they handle it as if I am the most important customer they have and they do what they can to take care of my concerns expediently. We never looked for another pest control company, as they never gave us a reason to.

No bugs! They always call to make sure we know theyre coming, so we can put our dogs up. This past visit, I couldnt be home to let them in to spray the house interior. After 2 weeks we notice some bug action on the inside. We called and they came right back out to do the whole of the interior. No complaints, no extra charges. Theyre always nice and professional.

A great local company. Chris treats our house for pest control every three months and will come back in between if any pest control problems arise; which has not happened. He is flexible in scheduling our appointments so I can be present. We have not had any pest control issues since we contracted them for their services.

I almost hate having to leave a bad review especially in these trying times where everyone needs a chance businesses included. Also, noting the perfect rating attached to this business, but we all know no one or nothing is perfect. Nonetheless, I will like to note that the office staff (Lauren)has been helpful in attempting to reach some type of resolve. However, the communication is very poor and the treatment that I should have had every two weeks, has turned in to a month and a half of run arounds. Subsequently, I would like to note that my two week servicing had turned into almost a month before they reached out to schedule. When they did, they wanted to schedule for the very next day (sadly, this process does not work for busy households like my own). They were told that someone would reach out to schedule with a few days. Sadly, that never took place because I was unable to reach anyone, technician included and then when I did I have been waiting for callbacks.**I would also like to note that the office did give me a free treatment to make up for the ongoing issues and lack of resolve prior to the current issue that I am experiencing.**Payment, is not a problem, but I am beginning to wonder what the problem could be, since I cannot seem to receive my servicing and hear from a technician/office in a timely manner. At this point I am beyond frustrated, and I am beginning to take it personal. Based off my personal interaction with this company, I would not recommend their services. While I understand everyones experience is not the same, mine thus far has been horrible to say the least!

He was the nicest guy, and he truly cared for the raccoons that we was able to remove from our attic. It broke my heart having to remove raccoon babies from their nest in our attic, but he put us at ease with how much he cared for them. He was very responsive and would come out whenever needed. As usual, Rick was on time. Did a thorough job, not only inspecting our 28 Sentricon stations, but also our indoor annual inspection for termites.It was 28 degrees outside, but he was his usual cordial self. One can tell that he not only enjoys his work, but his interaction with customers.

I had a problem with squirrels in my attic. They came the next day after I had called. He did an excellent job checking in the attic and setting a trap to catch the squirrels. He has came back at least 3 to 4 times to check the traps and responds immediately when he is called, advising that there is a squirrel in the trap. I couldnt have asked for any better service than this. An excellent job!

Failed to come back out to treat the no seeums. Were supposed to reach out to someone and bring put black lights and retreat but never showed back up.

They provide a regular service to keep me critter free. I have questions sometimes about different bugs I have seen in the yard and they always respond. I have even called about a snake before! Used Carroll Exterminating to remove one or more critters from my attic. Repeatedly, they like to find shelter there. Ive had my roof sealed and then they chewed through the shingles. John, the exterminator, came and placed three traps. That night a possum was caught. John promptly came back the next morning and carried away the stinky possum and reset the traps. Once we know that all critters are out, John will return and close the hole. Good job John! Eventually, I will have to replace the entire roof.
