Micah and Alli came to clean my carpets. I had some problem spots that I thought would not be able to be cleaned. The spots were from my dog laying on the carpet in her favorite spaces.The spots were clean as new when they were done.I called them back for an unrelated spot and they came a couple of times to make sure the job was On the Spot!I will gladly use the service again.I am super satisfied with the carpets!

First I got in contact with another carpet cleaning and they had to reschedule my appointment with them, but just ended up getting the run around. I needed to get my carpet cleaned ASAP because I was moving out of a one bedroom apt and had to be out of there by the end of the week, so I looked on the internet and called On The Spot and they were very responsive and professional. Told them my situation and see if they can come in the same day or the day after and they got me in later on the same day! I was so happy that they can come in the same day! I booked an appointment to have the upholstery cleaned in a used camper that we bought. Micah went above and beyond my expectations. He not only cleaned the cushions, but did the throw rugs too. Highly recommended! On the Spot Cleaning is a family owned, family caring full-service cleaning firm. Theyve been cleaning our carpets for years. Most recently in November 2020, Micah was dispatched for the task. Carpets clean and look and smell great all in about 2 hours. Once a year, a carpet cleaning is so good and, the carpet lasts a lot longer too.
