The two men team called to let me know they would arrive in 15 minutes which they did.After a few questions they went to work, and since I was curious about the equipment I was shown the steps.I was impressed for the friendliness, and professionalism. Also the quality of the work performed.

Anthony arrived right on time, which impressed me a great deal. He was professional and knowledgeable. My chair was dirty from years of being a “dog bed”, and when Anthony was finished it looked brand new - better than I expected. I was thrilled with the service and would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer.

I was so happy to find that Stanley Steemer services the New London, NH area. They scheduled an appointment for the technician to arrive between 8-10am. I received a call from the tech at 8am saying he was nearby. Imagine that! A company that actually shows up on time! Jordan, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our chair was filthy and had never been cleaned. He did a wonderful job, taking his time, and the chair looks almost new again. We also had a couch cleaned and, it too, looks like new. I was also surprised to learn that Stanley Steemer also handles mold mildew problems, as well as water damage, duct cleaning, and also shampooing the inside of vehicles. Great to know.

The sofa was do greatthey took their time. The chair with the urine problem they seemed to of rushed. They told me they probably couldnt get it all out but Im still trying to get the smell out.
