Thomas and this company is really a rare find. I have been a property manager and selling houses for just about 5 years and in the last 2 years I have been through if not a dozen contractors and when your in a small town it’s tough to find good contractors because your so limited. With this recent experience this customer denied last night Thomas services and then the next morning said are you coming? Which Thomas was like I’ll come get the work done and the customer was happy. So even though you had a difficult customer Thomas focused on getting the job done which is a rare find of a contractor especially in a small town when your limited to contractors and the ones that are in town don’t show up sometimes a week or call you back. This is a A+ company and will definitely get all the business from me regarding carpet cleaning and sucking up water from floods very pleased with their services words cannot describe how impressed I was.

Absolutely incredible service

I was out of the country when I had a flood. Best came in took care of everything dealt with the home owners insurance and had everything dealt with and cleaned up when I arrived back. The bill was larger than I expected, never having been in this scenario before I honestly didnt know what to expect. But after talking with BEST they explained what the bill was about gave me a payment plan and even worked the bill down by giving me a discount. I will champion this company everyday all day they make me hopeful and happy about the future of these types of issues as a home owner.

In the process of selling our home we discovered that after replacing our water heater which cracked. The problem became mold growth from water in the walls and them not being dried properly. Thomas D and his team have been my hero’s and my sanity. He has sent me pictures of the process. Step by step kept me informed. He helped coordinate the repairs and get the walls rebuilt (with the help of another company) in time for the inspector to come out. Thank you to all of you!!

As a local small business owner, the appearance of my office needs to remain tip top ALL the time. My carpet has always been a challenge . I have tried multiple companies and spent way to much trying to keep them clean.One visit from Thomas and his team, and this place looks incredible. Not only did I learn a few things from them, but they are beyond pleasant to work with.They did my entire office, including moving the furniture in just about an hour. It still smells amazing, my carpet wasnt wet, so there was no need for those annoying fans. In fact, I am so impressed Im having them tackle my home as well.

Two thumbs down. If you have a fire watch out and dont call these people. First off they let my neighbors in the house and they unplugged my fridge so when I finally got back into the house my food was spoiled and my fridge broken. When I asked about it he told me the neighbor did it... someone who wasnt supposed to be in the house to begin with. Then they kept my keys so i had to change all locks because they all matched the same key. And they obviously dont know what a drop cloth is used for because they got paint all over the floor, door,window seals, and glass. They didnt paint the bathing room with the right paint and they didnt get the right colors. They just slapped some primer on both rooms are and called it good. I They also broke the tv. The color red no longer works so were going to have to replace it. There was also several figurines and picture frames that broken. This place is a joke who hires unprofessional people to come in your house and severely mess everything up. If this was my house and not my grandpas I would sue this place into bankruptcy. But he doesnt want to bother with it. If your looking for an easy lawsuit tho, this is the right place.
