The staff here is wonderful and professional and friendly. I’ve been having my hair cut and styled for many years and I have never gone wrong. Five stars for their awesome services!

I had a fair lady haircut so I decided to try with my boy, Stacy did the job and what I dont like is this attitude like Im experienced enough to understand, you dont know what youre asking but I do, this is not my first and we got an average haircut, decent but not what we were expecting. We got a 5 yo kid full of hair on his neck, back, face and this attitude I know my job we ask her to blow some air in order to remove the hair as much as possible and she refused saying that it was ok. So not cool. Manager is great, price is fair, the place itself is good. My advise dont go with Stacy.

Love this Salon. I needed a salon to take my 92 year old mother for a perm, cut and style. I called ahead and spoke with Lana. She was very nice explained the pricing and said they werent busy at that time. We went right over and my mother was so thrilled. Lana was so nice, and professional. She did a great job on my Moms hair and more importantly my Mother wants to go back. The salon was clean the stylists were nice. So nice to have a great salon in the neighborhood.

Not only was she gorgeous, but she had the best hair cutting skills I have ever seen! I also had my friend get a men’s haircut by her as well and did such an amazing job!! Love Janine!! Horrible haircut. Would never go back. The barber didnt know a thing about how to maintain consistency in the cut. Ruined my 20$.

Have been going to this location for over ten years. Love the stylist Sue! She always works with my schedule even if it’s not within her normal hours. I frequently get highlights and she really takes her time separating/ putting my hair into foils so it’s not as damaged...not to mention picks friendlier products! Coloring technique is great. I’ve never been disappointed leaving there after I see Sue. Would recommend again and again.

I went to this salon for a haircut and style. My stylist was Janine. She did a great job of determining what would be the best cut for my curly, thick hair. Janine was friendly and really knowledgeable about hair. She even gave me a few tips of how to style at home. She made me feel welcome and I walked out of the salon with a huge boost of confidence and feeling fabulous!Would recommend this salon, and especially Janine to anyone I know.

Frankly, I won’t go to anyone else. She always does a superb job. I give her the highest possible rating and recommendation. Sue has been my stylist for 6 years now and has always done THE best haircuts for me. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She is also very warm with all of her customers and goes the extra mile. My last time I was in there she assisted a client’s mother in making sure she made it to the curb safely.

Worst hair salon I’ve ever been to. The lady didn’t wash my hair and went straight to cutting dry hair. And I couldn’t see what was going on. When I came home my hair was so terrible. One side was long one side was short. And the back looked terrible I can’t even go anywhere with my hair looking this ugly. When I called them they said come in they would fix it but no refund. Don’t come here unless you want to look like a 2 year old cut your hair

I had a very good experience. My haired turned out just the way I asked. The stylist took her time to figure out exactly what I wanted. A lot of hair places just rush through and I really dont get what I want. The stylist also suggested other ideas. I have paid 30 dollars for a haircut and been less satisfied.

I would give absolutely zero stars if I could. I called to talk to someone about a perm that I had done at fantastic Sams. I asked them if its ok to perm twice, the lady rudely said why should I answer you? Then she moved into asking if Im a beautician. I said no. She said then Im not going to answer your question. If you want anything you need to come in. I said Im asking because I had this done at your store and she says I do not care. Why should I have to answer your question. I said thats fine Ill call corporate and ask them and she said good go ahead and do whatever you need to do. Just extremely rude.

Ive been going to Fantastic Sams at 12mile and Farmington Road (Farmington hills) for several years now and the experience is always great! Never had any problems with the cut or color and always the best prices.

This was my first time at this location. I had a really good experience. The lady who cut my hair(Dreeta. not sure on spelling of name) did a great job. She took her time and made sure it was cut to my liking. She was also really nice and conversational.

I have been coming here for many years. This location is much better than any other chain hair salon that Ive tried. Jamie and Kim both do a great job with my cut.

I have had trouble finding a great place to cut my hair. I dreaded getting my haircut becuase of this. This place is right by Oakland Community College (where I go) and I decided to give it a try. (also because I had a coupon). I went in and they were not very busy but all very friendly. The person that helped me was Jamie. She was very nice and cut my hair and washed it. She was very informative and gave me advice on how to help me as my hair was badly damaged (lack of haircuts and heat). I have been seeing her for the past 2 visits and my hair as definitely improved and she remembered me. I am so happy that I can trust my hair with Jamie and at this Location. :)

My partner is picky about his hair and came here, explained a high shaved cut faded in to stay long on top, compared to a few photos and they did it perfectly. He saved a ton of money not going to an expensive barber. Clean spacious location.

I took my son for a haircut here and the lady didnt do a good job. His hair was cut unevenly and she didnt blend his hair on the sides until I asked her too. Staff was very friendly and hair cut is reasonably priced, but they just didnt do a good job.

Sue is a gem. I started having her do my hair years ago when my husband came home with the best haircut I had ever seen him with. Since then, I have gone from shades of blonde, brownish blonde and red. Yesterday, I took my daughter to Sue for a color correction after my daughters friend dyed it. It turned out better than I could have hoped! Truely spectacular. I used to spend waaayyyy more money at other salons and got nowhere near the incredible results or the warm customer service.

Very good stylist loader she did a great job. I had a coupon that came out of the headquarters of Fantastic Sams for $5 off in the owner would not honor it so for that reason I would say dont go.

My family has gone here for our haircuts for as long as I can remember! With such great service and welcoming staff, I cant see myself going anywhere else for my hair-care.

I love Fantasic Sams and I’m a woman of color. I’m loyal to them! Great energy at this salon. Sue is amazing and she does a awesome job on my hair. She is crazy with the cutz and she styles my hair with perfection. She is the only stylist I trust my hair with in Michigan ( believe me, I drive 45 mins just to see her and i’ll call off work just to get in her chair lol). Highly recommended.

A horrible experience I would suggest everyone to stay far away as possible. Completely ruined my hair, shaved big divots into the back of my head and didnt say a word about it. I found out when a friend told me the next day. There is no way the people working there have any kind of experience/training.Extremely rude lady cutting my hair, sprayed my whole face on 5 different occasion with the spray bottle, leaving my face soaking wet. The first time I had my chin sprayed at a barbershop! NEVER AGAIN the back of my head looks like the Tee spot at a public golf course..

A little pricey, but overall I like the results. Most of the stylists Ive had did a good job, the rest where average but never really ended with something I didnt like.

Advising better not to visit this. Had a worst experience on this Sunday.

This was a nice salon, But now it is horrible. I see new faces who are not skilled and they are always in a hurry.

Let me start off by saying that I dont mind advice from the stylists, but when they are more concerned with how much time Ill take up in their salon versus giving me actual recommendations based off my ideas, it sucks. Furthermore, it took my stylist 10 minutes to mix my color: Im not happy and wont be returning.

This is the worst saloon i went up to now they dint interact with customers properly.they will be rude with customers.they do haircut very very fast not doing properly they dont have patience

EXTREMELY POOR customer service. When I arrived there were 2 stylists with customers and although both looked directly at me, no one said a word. I waited about 10 minutes and was completely ignored the entire time. All I was looking for was someone to say hello, well be with you in 20 minutes or whatever, just some kind of acknowledgement. I left and went to one of their competitors and I will never frequent the place again.

I went in for a trim and the woman I had took off almost 4 inches! On top of that she also was very uneven.

This place cut my hair dry.. they never even washed it! my hair is lopsided, it is choppy, shorter then i asked for!! the service was very rude!
