After Jeff took over the business, all business senses went out the window! Its been a tough year for many small businesses, but everything was overlooked and no accountability! Jeff did not want to hear that he messed up and still charged $450! I have given him too many chances over the past few years. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

This is a group of people who truly care about their clients. They are very capable with all the tax preparation, and very trust worthy and a great group to have on your side. I own my own business and was in need of a company to do my payroll. I did some research and then found Glenn. I met with Glenn and found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. Initially just signed up for their payroll services. Eventually I signed up for Quickbooks too. As my business grew, I had less time for bookkeeping and they also now do my taxes. This company offers one stop shopping and would never consider leaving.

They were superb in their job. I worked with them last year for tax return & extension while I was out of the country. I was totally satisfied.Also I had to return some amount to MI treasury department and it was of great inconvenience to me as I left USA and there was no way I could write a check. Professional financial Associates worked with me all the way through, enquired the status frequently and finally did the job for me for free.I did tax filling before 5 times but never did I receive a service anything remotely close to that. I would recommend everybody to go them. Even if you are not nearby just give them a call and your job will be done. THE BEST.Cheers,Sushanta.

Kathy was very helpful and accommodating with QuickBooks training. She came to our location and spent about two hours working with me at my desk. It was extremely beneficial to get one-on-one training and actually learn using our own data and information instead of just listening/watching someone teach from a front of a classroom.I highly recommend her and we plan on using her again for future training on QuickBooks.

I have been working with them for my professional and business taxes as well since 2012, They are very customer oriented, professional and knowledgeable team.

Avoid. Ended up having a real accountant look over my taxes and with all the errors and missed deductions pfa made I re filed and received over 3k back. Would have lost that 3k if just believed pfa.Do yourself a favor and have your return checked again by someone who knows what they are doing so it doesn’t cost you a thousandsMR. SPITZ IS LONG GONE. it’s now just misfits that know nothing and have been reported to the irs

Horrible experience. Everything was way off. Ended up having my tax attorney review and he found over $ 8,000 they missed that were owned back to me. Then we looked in the my previous years and another 11k back in amended returns. They would have cost me 20k with ignorance and lack of knowledge or professionalism. They even had the wrong social for one of my kids on someone eles’s return they do.Place is a total joke now that the owner isn’t there. AVOID.

Attempted to call to leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment for my tax return. After getting hung up on twice without it going to voicemail, and the third time having someone scream stop! and hanging up I cant imagine they would be very professional in doing my taxes. Ill take my business elsewhere.
