Not returning calls. Not finishing work started. Employing too many on site people to do not much

This company is called RGRPS NOW.payroll issues. short staff. they lie about the condition of the clients and the homes. UNPROFESSIONAL. CLICKY. FAVORITISM. HIGH INSURANCE. LIST GOES ON..

I began my employment with Enhance in 2010. They have given me the opportunity to grow with the company over the years from a Direct Care Worker to a Area Manager. Enhance has made several changes including the addition of Health Insurance, Dental & Life Insurance, & paid vacation after one consecutive year of employment. Great Company & love working with them!

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. always pick the people shifts and was a good worker the houses are nothing but drama and they neglect and don’t give money to their clients that they deserve. you could be the best worker and once you stick up for yourself they won’t care. they say they pay you 10.15 until the training then you get 10.65 but after that they keep you at 10:15 and say they never said that.. they say it just to get you in.

Worst job Ive ever had. They hire anyone without regard to morality or work ethic. Education isnt necessary considering most management is incompetent. The system is designed to fail the client all the way to the top of the ladder. The company is consumed with liars and people who only see their clients as dollar signs, however employees are too ignorant to realize the money isnt worth the legal hassle behind the activities in the company that you are forced into. To work here you make must have no self respect or moral character. If you see something wrong in the home report it to no one. Only you will lose if you dont give into negative behavior. Gossip is a must. Anything you learn in CLS classes throw it out the window. These are not true policies of enhance but more so the facade they hide behind. If you come into this field wanting to help people you will be trained how to help yourself while thoroughly neglecting the needs of your client. Sad when institutions are shut down so clients are marketed to for-profit companies. And even sadder when big companies like enhance have such little regard for their clients who truly need care. If and when there are problems in the home it will be the blame of the direct care worker, they are the doormat for both local and upper management. If these are the things you aspire for in a job, open interviews on Tuesday. They hire anyone. Dont worry, if you fail your drug test they will give you time to get clean and retest. Good luck!

I would be proud to work for such a great company. I’m not employed by Enhance but I am employed by a company very close to Enhance. I have read some negative reviews on here and I can honestly say that I know one of the negative responses is from an employee that was terminated. What I would like to know if the company was so bad than why did you work for them for over 5 years?Enhance Inc. Is a very compassionate and caring company. They have always operated on honesty and integrity.

TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE THE CEO SHOULD HAVE NEVER RETIRED SINCE THEN THE COMPANY IS GOING DOWN HILL WITH THE 3 THAT SHE HIRED TO REPLACE HER, NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS, FIRING GOOD STAFF FOR ANY REASON THEY CAN MAKE UP, MANAGERS WORKING MUTIPLE SITES DUE TO NO CAREGIVERS TO CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF RIGHTS VIOLATIONS THAT THEY COVER UP AND THEY STICK TOGETHER INSIDE THE OFFICE IN DOING SO. PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE ON PINS AND NEEDLES NOT KNOWING WHO IT GOING TO BE NEXT AND THAT LACKS ON THE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS. TO SUM IT ALL UP ITS JUST A BIG ASS MESS
