I had a wonderful experience with Leading Edge Title, their fees were reasonable their service was efficient, prompt, professional & friendly! They were also very good at helping me with any questions I had at any time. I worked with Adam and his Meadows Division and would highly recommend him & his whole team to anyone in need of title insurance services!

Save your Money and check other options if you don’t want to chase someone for months. The worst title in Michigan and I worked with few. Its the most unprofessional title agency you’ll meet

I worked with Adam and Melissa on 2 different closings now. One closing was a complete mess due to lender and buyer. We were representing the seller w/ Adam and Melissa. They both went above and beyond to keep the peace and keep me from losing my mind on the buyers lender. A month after the closing the buyers title company still was having issues on the deal with paying off a loan. 😳😳😳 Adam took care of everything with such a great attitude even though deal was a month old and over with but he treats every deal as though it’s his personal home purchase and follows deals through way past the end of the loan closing. I have been in real estate going on 15 years and Adam at Leading Edge has been the best title company and contact I’ve worked with in the 15 years I’ve been closing deals. I will be recommending them to all my future clients.

Will have to investigate further into this company - The current situation, while still up in the air, may be much more serious but won’t know for sure until Monday - had to sign paperwork - surprise! Other party failed to sign, but oh they Claimed it would happen later today - asked them to call when they did sign- never responded - not given copies of what I signed.Someone from the company did get back to me about two weeks later - she was very nice and apologized about the situation- I did appreciate that !

Had a wonderful experience with the entire staff at Leading Edge. I was the seller on a piece of property that was located in the UP and they did everything to help accommodate me and my buyers. There was an issue with the title that they went above and beyond to help get corrected. They even sent a notary to a far location for the buyers convenience. Cannot say enough about this company and the professionalism they showed. Dont believe the negative reviews! As a retired realtor, most of the complaint issues were out of the title companys control, they just get blamed for everything!THANK YOU LEADING EDGE FOR YOUR PHENOMINAL WORK!

They Sur Super GOOD, i got Final nos 3 days in Advance, I had a lein from 8 years ago they found solution to get rid of it

From the reviews it seems either people are pleased or disappointed. My experience was not good but they did get the job done in the end. Closing paperwork was sent at 10 pm the night before a 10 am close. At closing they wanted to provide me with a check for my balance and the funds would be available in 7-10 days when I was closing my purchase in 5 hours and needed the funds. They finally wired the money to the second title company after I threatened to walk out. Getting escrow funds has been problematic at best with lost checks etc. American Title that closed the house I bought was great, made adjustments that were agreeable at closing and treated me with respect.

Jean and her staff are awesome. I had delays selling my house, but when the buyers were finally approved, Leading Edge was able to pull it all together in a couple of days! Cant say enough great things about their team.I take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. There are rules and regulations with any transaction. sometimes money gets held up. But these guys rock!

Trying to get our money back from the water escrow took over eight weeks and multiple emails and phone calls. The checks were lost in the mail twice and when the check finally arrived it was for half the amount it should have been. I was diligent and emailed others working for the company, which I found on their website, and finally received our money back. It seems someone in this company is not honest about what is going on. I would not recommend this company at all.

Really nice, they were able to accommodate a closing after 5pm for us, our previous title company when we first bought our home was not willing to do so. We got a nice room to sign in and there was candy, tea, coffee, water, etc. Our closer was great, he did not try to rush us or hurry up the closing despite it being after hours - 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible service be aware they don’t pay your bills at closing they hold the money I closed october 2016 on sale they have not payed escrow blight tickets or taxes this is a crooked company They never respond the manager ignores your calls shame on you. Please be aware do not use this company

BEWARE- DO NOT use this title company! I wish negative stars was an option. Horrible service and shady practices. Much better options out there and I would avoid this place at all costs. Rude, disorganized and its never their fault. Dont plan on closing on time because it wont happen. I wouldnt trust them with your money either- cant keep track of anything. I am surprised they havent been shut down yet. Dont be tricked by positive reviews- they were probably paid off!

My wife and I bought our first home and closed with this company, awesome office in a good location. We were offered coffee, tea, water - the staff was very welcoming.

Its a shame zero stars arent possible. I had to use this title agency as part of the closing process on my home and was appalled at the rude, unprofessional staff. For first-timers, the closing process can be very daunting and the staff does nothing to put you at ease; very unhelpful and act like they are doing you a favor by answering questions. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to have to use this title company, be sure and double-check the figures on all of your paperwork - do not let them rush you with signatures.

Do NOT use them. Our sellers used this agency, and we are still dealing them holding our money for the water bill because of the sellers realtor not completing things on their end. This title company is doing nothing, but holding the money we paid at closing and now our water bill is almost $300, and they are doing nothing to fix the issue they created by not getting accurate information from the sellers in the first place. Do NOT trust company!!
