I had a really good time here. People somewhat tried to social distance while standing in line to get their tickets. It was about $16 total for entrance and skate rental. You had more social distancing on the rink than anywhere else. The place did become packed on the sitting side. Most people wore a mask today. Dj was really good and kept the skate momentum up. I would come here again. POC friendly.

Fair prices but they need a better playlist, these kids don’t know these songs...Otherwise, the facility is clean & organized. I don’t plan on returning tho.

This is actually a really nice place and I took my niece and nephew here. I really love to skate so I figured the three of us having an outing would be fun. Its was fun! But it was pretty expensive. My niece and nephew are 10 and 4 and for the three of us to skate was like 48 dollars for some reason. 3 dollars for a single can of pop? The walker for kids that cant skate was another 5 bucks. The day cost me at least 100 bucks which I felt was high. It was nice, overall but will be an annual not monthly thing

The people that work there are very nice a respectful, the people that go there on the other hand are rude and discussing people. We were stolen from, yelled at by people for no reason when trying to be respectful, cut in line a couple times and our expensive coats that were saving our table while we played games were just thrown on the floor like garbage. With our drinks that spilled on them.... Will be going to the rollarama in brighton next time because there is a nicer crowd of people.

Really for ppl who dont know how to skate so you all can trip over each other. didnt like it. rather go to northland skating rink.

Took my son here,its been updated for kids to enjoy more games and its good to get them out to exercise there vascular systems.

Not ran like a proper rollerskating center. No floor guards or staff supervising the floor. Parents with muddy shoes walking on the floor with drinks in their hands. The new owners should stick to laser tag places.Rinks should not be dead on a winter Friday night. Riverside Arena and Skate World should be visited and notes taken.

Love visiting here! Great, friendly, staff and the kids love the music that’s played while they skate. Some arcade games that can keep the adults entertained for a bit too. Good place!

I loved my experience very nice staff

Our first time there, it was great!!! Nice music, kinda crowded, food was good and clean.Personnel, regardless of the amount of people around was very polite and everybody was attentive. Definitely I will come back.

Took my daughter there for her first time rollerblading. I decided I would skate with her to gain confidence. Well if you don’t own slate you better not think of renting theirs. The guy behind the skate rental even said how bad the skates were and I quote, “the skates are older than me”. Went through 3 pairs before finally giving up. Manager Dan seemed annoyed that I was upset at how they didn’t have any size 10, that actually functioned properly. It unfortunately will be the reason why I will not return with my daughter. I was very frustrated at the whole experience, not to mention every time I tried on a new pair I had to wait in a line of about 12 ppl while only 1 person worked the skate rental and play space area combined. The entire place is unorganized. Sad to see this place go downhill as it was great memories of my childhood. I wish I took pictures of how terrible their skates were!

Great place to rent out for a private party

My son is a beginner and we found coming earlier gives him the space he needs to get comfortable. The music is good, nothing disrespectful. The employees are nice and very helpful, clean facilities. We will definitely be back.

We had a surprise birthday party for our son today and our experience with the staff was awesome. Right from the start it was smooth. I left a voicemail message one evening and received a return call from Dan the next morning. Dan and Dave answered all of my questions and were very professional (we actually canceled our reservation with another venue because they werent responding in a timely manner). The remodeling look great. When we arrived, our host, Alex took care of our every need and then some! He went beyond our expectations as a host. He was extremely professional, courteous, and personable. He was very attentive. He kept a smile on his face the whole time (I could tell he had a great spirit). It was great to see a young man take pride and act so professionally. I would recommend Bonaventure as a party venue. The prices are affordable, and the kids had a great time. The staff there this evening were all professional, helpful, and nice. Alex, I commend you. Stay on the right road-you will go far with that attitude!

The building itself is pretty old, but the price is relatively cheap. They rent out decent skates. The lights were pretty cool at night on the rink. I would have preferred better music (more family friendly).

Very nice place, diverse music, wasnt really crowded, the lighting was great... I had nachos and pizza and they were both good for skating rink food... I would definitely go back and I highly recommend taking your kids... oh I forgot!!! They have a play escape for the kids, so once you see this goodbye skating lol...

This place is amazing they workers here are all so nice. The skating is amazing and the prices are godly. I had so much fun with my friends. Carlisle is the best person I met.

Would be a higher rating, but the structure is a little much. Other then that, the employees are polite and facility is clean. I enjoy skating here with my children.

Awesome staff Deangelo and Dan always greet us with a smile.I love all the new games they added and one of the largest playgrounds for the younger kids. I recommend bonaventure skate !

I enjoyed my time here with my friends and the music was nice as they took requested songs, however when I was trying to help someone who was struggling and kept of falling, the staff over the microphone told me off and said the eighth grader attending the child please stop. Now I get how it can be dangerous but I am a pretty good skater and I have helped a couple of people myself so I completely understand where the staff is coming from but to call me an eighth grader sort of angered me. I am old enough to drive my car but I am a bit short so I can understand where they thought I was an eighth grader but I thought that was rude to bluntly stop me from helping someone just because I look young.

I grew up going to Bonaventure with my friends as a kid. We had so much fun back in the day and made some really great memories. So Im tickled that it has stood the test of time and I can continue to take my kids there. Weve had a few birthday parties here, too. Its a fun place to spend an afternoon. They have skating and games for the smaller kids who dont want to or cant skate yet. They have a nice little prize counter for the games, too. They also have a snack bar for some yummy treats. I would totally recommend this place for a fun afternoon or a birthday party for one of the kids!

This place was a childhood favorite. When we went back last week for a birthday party the memories just came flooding back. They have roller skates and inline for rental or you can bring your own for a $4? Inspection fee I believe. They have a newly built caged play structure for a $6 fee which was a little pricey but our daughter loved it. The staff was friendly and did their jobs well so we will def be back for a open skate.

My daughters 13 year old birthday party was here! We couldnt have a picked a better location! Roger was hospitable and very very nice. Location was great and the staff was superb. Our party host was Alex. He was super attentive and make sure we had no problems. I highly recommend Bonaventure Skating Rink.. We will be back and we will tell others.

Went there for the first time for a birthday party. Very nice environment and kids and adults all had a great time. Adult rental blades were incredibly uncomfortable though. Padding was non existent and the locks wouldnt click into place. Time to update them!

I would highly recommend this location for your party or just a day out. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a party for my 6 year old and at the last minute several people canceled. Instead of taking all of my money it was suggested I move to the tables and pay for the kids as they come. They still gave me a few things and helped me with everything. I cant thank them enough for making sure that my baby had a ball!

I skated at Bonaventure when I was a kid. I have some great memories and made many friends while skating there. I hadnt been there in quite a while but my son turned five and I wanted him to experience a part of my childhood that I really loved. BAD IDEA! I have never had such a negative experience at any place that Ive taken my family, like I did at Bonaventure! There was an older man that was extremely rude. It was obvious that helping us was a total inconvenience and he couldnt have been more obnoxious! I tried to locate a manager and explain the situation but could not find someone who was clearly in charge. I asked three employees if they could point me to the manager, and none could help. After getting something to eat in there over priced snack area, we decided to leave. My son needed to use the bathroom which was generally clean, except for the disgusting toilet filled with feces! Needless to say we will NEVER be back! If you want to go somewhere and have fun with your family...DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

I honestly enjoy this place and hope the best for the members that work there. But, I dont think they should band hockey skates because of one person! And Im not gonna lie, I have done numerous of hockey stops on there old developed floor, but never once did I bring the wood up from the skating floor. I wish they can look at this message and understand my point of view. Ive been coming to Bonaventure for nearly 4 years and now it might be my last because of whats someone else did!!! Little do they realize Im the main reason why many of my peers come there. And yes, some do disrespect Mr.Roger-(manager) but I dont. Paid 9.50 to get in and 4 for blades. The dj was so bad, at times no music, music skipping. This was my first time to try adult skate and I dont suggest it if its that dj. Bad experience

Gum on the floor, no one watching the floor(Floor guard), didnt play one game. But the gentlemen at the door was super nice! Good sized floor and a really cool looking bounce house type thing!

My child went there for her friends birthday party, she had a blast! It was her first time skating and she loved it! It was way better than the other places we’ve been to. So great place for kids!

Our first visit was very nice. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasnt very crowded, the kids were able to skate freely and enjoy themselves. The kids had fun, played games and the music was appropriate for family skate time. It was an enjoyable visit. I would go back again.

Family Fun!! This was our first time going to Bonaventure and we will be back. Staff was friendly and facility was well maintained. It was well lit and my daughter said the light show was the best. I highly recommend this rink.

Pretty fun place, we went for a bday party and everything for my little one was paid for just about. The staff was pretty good although they tend to not pay attention to the entrance to the play area so kids get lined up at the entrance but in fairness, its also the desk where you rent skates. The food was solid also so overall, pretty fun for the whole family.

The staff was great, it was my first time with my almost 4 year old and he didnt last long... they refunded me and my son and said to come back again and the same deal applied! Very nice staff, we will be back to try again! We also stayed around and played a few games (they were not in the best condition, a few were missing pieces) but my son won 1,000 tickets!! He had a great time!

Delightful place. Very loud. Today they had the play ground open for the school event. The lady staff was kind but the men staff were crass. Typically the manager on duty was extremely rude. Too stringent on time. The games ended at 8:30 pm and he said that we were supposed to get the tickets before that. Also disallowed my kid to get juice while we were next and last in line. The manager was harsh on the old lady staff. And we were paying. I only went there because it was a school event. No reason to go to this place otherwise.

Just had skating lessons there

Too expensive! They charge for every little thing. Also, it cost me nearly $25 to enter for just two of us, and I had my own skates! Its a nice rink, but Ill be poor if I took my child weekly!

My son loves this place. Of course you can skate and they recently added a play place for the kids to climb around in. They offer skating lessons as well.

Fun place to skate! Theres not a whole lot of places in the nearby area to roller skate. Skate rental, trainer rentals for little ones are available. They also provide lessons.

Loved the hanging lights! Nice sized floor, well maintained. Friendly staff. Brightly colored interior. Good parking as our event filled 4 lots! Spacious seating areas.

Kids love going. Theyve really kept it modern and well kept. Who doesnt like to skate!

Edit: it was juice, not ice cream. Yeah they dont have ice cream. I wonder if theyd have given us that a minute after the arcade closed and us being the only one left in line.Dont ask for ice cream a minute after hours. The manager in duty is the king!

We had a great time last Saturday.My son had a birthday party and the staff was very helpful.I noticed all the bad reviews are from teens.I too was a teen and i knew everything and was never wrong.Maybe someday when they have kids they will get it.The price was a dollar more than other rinks but worth it.It did not look like a roller rink it was very modern and clean.Kim

Best roller rink around and so much more! They recently added a really cool play area for the kids to climb and play on along with a giant slide.

Decent size with an arcade and a playscape. I would recommend for a family outing or birthday party.

Price in concessions was fine. But the music and DJ were beyond horrible. I was expecting decent music. Unfortunately everyone was treated to the bee gees b side songs. And 4 or 5 of the songs were repeated in a 3 hour time frame.

Wow, the new management is amazing. The staff are all extremely friendly and personable, they have a good mix of music, great arcade games, and the renovations and improvements being done are making this place look fantastic. Come and check it out! you will have a great time.

Not crowded. $10 a pop for 2 hrs of skating including rental when we went in Saturday morning. Place was a typical rink and was clean and well maintained. Skates were kinda janky but thats to be expected with rentals.

This is a place you can feel comfortable to bring your entire family, including your gramma. Highly recommend as a fun filled family activity, and its exercise!

Better every time I go. Best slush this side of Farmington. Finally a roller rink that doesnt look like an abandoned prison inside.
