Kenny does the best mani and pedis here. He’s a bit quiet but a real sweetheart and has incredible attention to detail. Everyone here does a great job, but he’s the best.

I have been going there for a few years and it’s very good. Their pedicures are long and thorough - my feet feel amazing. And the prices are more than reasonable for what you get. I always go to Kenny - he is very detailed.The employees are not the most talkative and may be a little curt, but that doesn’t bother me.

We went to get our dip powder taken off and she electric filed the nail so close that she removed the nail completely in one spot. Do not recommend.

I have been going here since the day they opened and I have been so disappointed lately. I always call and make an appointment-when I went in last time as I was walking in for my appointment the tech was just taking a new customer and I said my appointment is in 5 minutes, they made me wait until he did that customer so I ended up waiting for 30 minutes when I had an appointment and that customer was a walk in. I always call on a Monday to get a Friday appointment and they either tell me that I can’t come at the time I want or they aren’t taking appointments for Kenny because they don’t know his schedule so call back Thursday and then when I call Thursday they say Friday is a very busy day and they have nothing available. It seems like it doesn’t matter what the customer wants and what is convenient for the customer, they want you to come when they think it’s convenient for them. It’s very close to my house but it seems like they don’t want the business.

This salon is always beautiful, the workers are very professional. The service is top Notch and they make sure you are satisfied prior to leaving. John and Jenny are the owners and they know everyone by name!

Great nail techs at this location. I have had the opportunity for 2 different techs to do my nails and I must say that they both do a good job. I was out-of-town this summer and was concerned about finding a good nail tech and now I have found them at Queenbee. Keep up the good work! See you all soon.

Asked for shellac manicure and a soak off because I had an acrylic overly on. She didnt start to soak me, instead she tried to lift and peel the acrylic off of my nail, cutting my natural nail in the process. I had to tell her to let me soak and she did, while still trying to peel the acrylic from my nail. Once the acrylic on my left hand was gone, she started cutting my cuticles without soaking them in water or putting cuticle cream on them, and she didnt push them back. She then proceeded to out the base coat of shellac on my left hand without even shaping my nails. I stopped her, reluctantly paid for the soak off once my right hand was finished and left. She had noises what she was doing and caused me much pain. I should have gone to my regular nail shop but I was in the area and wanted them done right away. I will NEVER go back here again.

Most of the staff is good. There are a few that probably shouldnt be doing nails. Good prices. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Usually easy to walk in for an appointment.

This was my first visit and I walked in as soon as the doors opened, I was greeted, asked what I needed and told to sign in. Another customer walked in after me and she was seated and worked on first when I was asked to pick out a color, and someone would be with me! 15 min later I had to get up and attempted to leave when another tech walked in. Although they were nice it was my time that was being wasted!

Very hurried despite getting a good tip and it being slow. She was so rough with my cuticles that my fingers were damaged, red and painful!! Then she said sarcastically I remember when you come in all the time like now for 2 nail, 2 nail. Well manicure and eyebrow, for the “2 nail” was $33 and she got $7 tip. Then she painted my nails horribly. Will never go back for my “2 nail”!

Terrible customer service. They dont want to turn any potential customer away so they tell you the wait will be a few minutes. A few minutes actually means 30 minutes-1 hr. My daughter & I wanted to have our pedicures @ the same time so while I was soaking my feet, the guy did my daughters pedicure. They actually had nobody to do mine @ the same time. Needless to say that after he finished my daughter, I was so pissed that I didnt have mine. We left...never to return.

They have always done good work but 2 days ago I got gel on my toes and the next day it was sliding off. Came back in to get fixed and was told i needed to wait half an hour for the person who did it. Ok. Maybe...he got a $20 tip on a hundred dollar set of services so I sat down to wait. While I was waiting 2 customers who had been waiting for over an hour got up totally angry that they had been told 30 minutes and still hadnt been served. I said nothing for another 25 minutes. The woman who told me 30 minutes put a person who walked in 10 minutes after me (no appt) and told her she was next...putting her in a chair and THEN i saw the guy that was supposed to fix my toes start another pedicure! I asked the lady about a realistic time frame because a pedicure usually take 40-60 minutes. She said he had to take that person because they were there first. I said that if she KNEW he had another customer first a half hour wasnt remotely a realistic time frame. They were telling ppl walking in an hour when at that point each one of them had at least 1 person waiting and a service just started.After I argued my points, she did my 2 toes in less than 5 minutes while her other client was under the light.To the proprietors: ppl do NOT mind waiting if they dont have an appt..they will typically decide to wait or will walk out and come back after beating themselves up for not making an appt. Ppl DO MIND being told 30 minutes or an hour, sitting there and watching you...i continue to say 30 minutes when you clearly are extremely far behind or are taking every client you can.I will go back. I like their service...they saved my business by working in between customers. But they lost at least 2 today who I am sure WONT be back. As a smaller business, honestly goes a long way.

My one any only place to get my pedi and mani wonderful people

Been there twice now. First time got a full let acrylics and they looked like the most ghetto bumpy things ever. Went back about 6 months later, no ones ever in there, the employees are sitting around on the phone. I wanted a eyebrows and upper lip wax, and shellac manicure. Theyre completely over priced as well by the way. My shellac is thick and gooey and bumpy. The nail tech made my fingers bleed from pulling the very dry skin as he called it around my fingers. Then I wait for my waxing, patiently. The owner? Pulls me into the waxing room while someone else is getting waxed?? The lighting is terrible, Im sitting on a tiny little chair. She does my eyebrows in under a minute pretty much just cleaning them and unfortunately taking away my arch I had. Then she put wax all on my lip swooping it almost under my chin. And uses one strip and is done. Theres still little pieces of wax on my face and cheap baby oil. oh and I get in my car too double check.. ALL THE HAIR ON MY LIP IS STILL THERE. The part of my cheekbetween my chin and lip is hairless though? Seriously people? Come on.***update*** its been barely a week and two of my shellac have peeled

Under staff, unprofessional, and a waste of time. You are literally paying for the glitz and glamor, but the service is trash.

I had a full set of acrylics - even after I asked for gel (I asked TWICE - when I made my appointment - as well as the nail tech asking me what I wanted). The nails were sloppy, 3 are crooked, he didnt even follow my own nail bed, as well as filing the sides too much! I was getting my nails done for my step-sons funeral & just didnt have the focus to argue. I wont recommend and I wont be back.

I went here because it’s right by my house... I wish I would have just taken the trip to diva nails in Livonia. I paid $65 for a shellac mani and pedi. THEY SUCK!! The lady kept telling me how my nails were too short but yet continued on, (and how are your nails too short for polish?) this was not even a week ago and the shellac is already peeling off my nails. Also it is not shiny at all but super dull and I can see brush strokes all over the place. I would call and make them redo but I do not want to ever set foot into this place again. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money at this place!

Very unprofessional and rude! John did my acrylics they look horrible and rushed. Not to mention is attitude was so bad! Won’t be coming here again, $50 wasted!

Came here last week for a pedicure and ended up having my feet soaked for over an hour. The pedicure was obviously rushed and not too clean. They made it so that you cannot tip with your credit card. This was an alright service. Most Id pay for it is $15 but they charge $28 for a regular pedicure.

Unprofessional. I made an APPOINTMENT for 12pm on my lunch hour. Showed up 5mins early and then proceeded to wait for 35MINUTES to simply get my nails painted with shellac. Absolutely ridiculous that you make an appointment and it turns out to be absolutely useless. Dont go here unless you want to waste your time. Quality was extremely average as well... Cheap.

Absolutely terrible!!! Spent extra on shellac and hate it ! Cant even shape square and thats the most basic shape there is! Pleaseeee go else where .

Very sloppy work! I did not have my glasses on, but took a photo to show my friend. Red polish all over my cuticles and skin. Really disappointed.

I come here quit often but this last time I was very disappointed, the guy at station 9 did my shellac set (rushing) and two days later it was peeling. I went to get it fixed and they acted as if it was no big deal . I waited 30 minutes for 1 freakin nail. The owner is a joke he takes no accountability for his employees.

Not friendly. Woke up this morning after a pedicure last night with swollen, painful, red big toe. Went In...No apology, no offer of a complimentary service. Put sanitizer on it and thats it. Dont go here.
