Yayyy, I am more than pleased with my Fill in and cat eye nails. They were friendly, efficient and thorough! I will definitely be returning. Plus, I do recommend them. You won’t be sad.

Wow. This salon is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Not only were they unhappy with my decision to get a manicure with regular polish, they were extremely rude and disrespectful to another customer in front of me who couldn’t decide what color she wanted. The man upfront literally told her to “get out of the chair” and “I don’t have time for this” in the most aggressive tone. I’m am happy that I noticed this behavior before giving them a dime of my money. Can’t speak to the quality of work… I won’t support a business that is disrespectful and rude.

Been going here awhile but they keep changing the prices and dont listen to what you want. Tony is horrible. Will find a new nail salon.

This was my first time going there and everyone was very nice. My nails came out so good and very cute. They have a large selection of colors. I definitely will be going back and recommend to go there too.

I use to go here all the time, but yesterday is my last time experience this place. Two week ago I got charged $35 dollars for a full set and eyebrows. Yesterday I got charged $41 dollars for fill in, replacement nail, and eyebrows. When I brought it to there attention that I paid less 2 weeks ago. They said someone charged me wrong and you should have paid 45. I get that but that’s might fault your employees don’t know your prices! We are in pandemic and they aren’t getting as much business like they were but they need to fine better ways to go about getting more money.!

I love it here! They are always friendly & accommodating. I’ve read the other reviews of “unpleasant experiences” and I can honestly say I’ve never had one. And I’ve been serviced by them for years now. I will always be a return customer.

I will never go back to this awful place, they make you use cash when they have a credit card machine there, they charge you $1 to use atm and end up charging more the next day $2.50 showing another transaction from this place,they rush to do your nails,shellac never stays on chips within the next day, they make their own prices one day a fill in will be $32 then the next week it’s more don’t recommend this place to anyone SAVE YOUR MONEY

First off the place is dirty.. I’ve been going to them for a while but never noticed how disrespectful they are towards black customers until today... very aggressively I was told that a mistake that the nail tech made couldn’t be fixed because they were closing, so I told them I’m not paying for what I don’t want and told them to call the police to let them handle it, then they All of a sudden went down on the price.. I’m never stepping foot in here again.

This would be a five star rating if it weren’t for the time it took for services to be rendered. It was the Friday before Mother’s Day and they were busy so I am willing to cut them some slack. There are only four nail techs. With two additional people on staff the service would’ve been faster. With all that said, the customer service, the services and prices were great! Looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve gone here a couple times great service did a nice job on my nails went recently didn’t like the color of my nails and asked to change the color don’t know if he didn’t understand English since I had to keep repeating myself, I asked if he could do designs on my nails said no, put tons of oil on my hands after my nails where done asked for paper towel didn’t understand that either or what but he didn’t change my color on my nails and was stuck paying 30 bucks

Perfection ! But, the one guy was roughly doing my nails. Other than that, my nails are nice.

I’ve been coming to them for over 9 years now. This location is better than the previous. Not every place you go to is perfect, but they do a great job. If you take the time to explain what you want, they will do exactly that. I get exactly what I ask for, every time and it’s always perfect. I never go anywhere else.

Been going here to have my eye brows done and always pay by card and it’s always $8 flat (even says $8 on their board. Today I go and she charges me $10 for using my card (and there was no sign for an up charge when you use your debit/credit card) I’m sorry but that’s shady and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for two years. I’m always happy with my nails and they do an amazing pedicure too!

I try and try and try to give this place a chance the service was much better this time when I went in. But in less than a week later my shellac is starting to peel off. Shellac is not suppose to peel. SMH

This place is awful. I stop in just to get my toes polish change.its was on the way home. So I decided to stop in . I wish I had keep driving. No one is friendly. The color selection is bad. I will never return, the staff was unprofessional. All bad

Very rude gentleman who works there. After waiting for over thirty minutes he rushes me to pick another color “hurry up and pick a color- I got people waiting” . Go to a more respectable place

I got a deluxe pedicure and it was awful. The man massage my feet for 5 seconds, forgot to trim my cuticles on one foot, and hardly scrubbed my feet down (and I had just been camping so I know they were rough). He didn’t say a word to me the entire time nor smile even once. I tried directing him on something and he didn’t understand so I just gave up. I saw other people getting a pedicure and it looked great but I definitely got a dud.I will NOT be going back again. Waste of $25.

Inexpensive but you pay for what you get. The attitudes are terrible. One of the workers yelled at a customer about her being unhappy. Thats when I knew I should never come back. The owners are nice but you can tell they are just tired of unhappy customers so if you ask for anything (fix a nail, cut the cuticle or shape your nail differently) they become inpatient. Happy that I found a place in downtown Farmington Hills.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a shellac and toe polish change. After selecting my color a middle aged man at station #4 started polishing my feet he was very aggressive and got an attitude when I commented on him pulling my leg.He passed me on to another lady who had done my nails in the past. She was pleasant but after I commented that he only put one coat on she also got annoyed, it was all down hill from there. I then noticed that my toes where a golden yellow and my hands where a pail yellow with a pearl finish. Three workers in the shop all told me I was wrong and with every coat she kept saying it matched, she lied. Another customer told me it looked nice but no it did not match. The owner then told me I could contact the website for the nail polish with any issues. Mind you the two polishes where in different bottles. The issue wasn’t the polish it was the blatant disrespect. How dare I question someone being physically aggressive with me or call them on their dishonesty. Their motto should be “Shut up and just pay.”. I’ve shared this with friends and family and they will no longer support this business.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shop is nice and clean. The service is good and fast. The cost is very reasonable. This is definately one of the best shops in Farmington!

Competitive prices. However, they did a nice job on my manicure but a different man did a horrible job on my pedicure. He asked me if I wanted a 3rd coat which indicates to me that they thin their nail polish. And, he was very aggressive with my leg and feet massage. I will not return.

Dont go here. Theyre rude and treat people terribly. I walked out before letting them touch my fingers. I refuse to give my hard earned money to anyone who chooses to treat their customers poorly. The area is saturated with other shops to go to. ✌

Will never go back. They have not concept of customer service. They yelled at me when I wasnt happy with my outcome, and when they demanded I stay so I can get it redone, and I refused cause I had babies waiting at home, he charged me full price and said nothing.This was not the first time they did not produce what I asked, it was the first time after several failed experiences and second chances I said something.Never again! If you respect customer service values, dont go here.

This place is good if you are in a pinch. The pedicure sucks, for some reason they think it feels good when they put a hot towel on your legs and slap it so hard...they dont exfoliate your legs, they just put soap on you and rub your legs with a nail brush, as if it feels good....almost every time i get my acrylics done here they always end up crooked or just put on terribly. The wait time is a little long and they dont have the best customer service, as everyone has an attitude if you ask a question. But like i said, its good if you are in a pinch.

Top clear coat peels after one week, eyebrows waxed and too much was taken off for a clean up and cut, final prices are different then what their board says

Have been going here for a couple of months now, never again after today; if you want basic color they will do. But don’t request multiple color ombré. They are unable to perform even after pointing out it was not what I wanted the tech continued and disregarded everything said. Nails look horrible with bumps everywhere and nicks in my skin. I take great care of my nails so to pay someone to make them look bad is frustrating. Now I have to pay to get them fixed!!
