27 passenger bus was spacious with good music quality and different options for lights. Unfortunately, there was a leak above one of the seats, however our driver, Rachel, fixed it during our wedding ceremony and we had no issues for the remainder of the ride.

The main issue was that our radio didn’t work. The system they had on the bus is very outdated. Every time it would go into sleep mode, which happened about 30 seconds after someone stopped touching it; the music would completely stop playing on the bus. We tried Bluetooth, aux, radio, and every option we could select with the same result. It was incredibly disappointing and hindered our experience with our wedding party on the wedding day. The driver was unable to help us and was unaware of how to fix it. I called the following week to let them know and was told that they would let the warehouse manager know and I would receive a call back. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional and I’m incredibly disappointed. Will not be using them again or recommending them. For the price we paid for one day I would expect at least a call back and updated systems on their buses.

I’m not one to often leave reviews but if I can save another bride and groom from a horrible experience, I will. I’ve spoke to Top Notch to confirm our party bus for our limo 3-4 times on the phone, through email and through text message prior to our wedding. I was assured that we had a 30 passenger bus. I called the company to confirm once again before I invited our family and friends on the bus and customized cups for them. The day of the wedding comes and the bus picks me up from my house to take me to Church, I had 4 flower girls, 3 ring boys, 2 males, 6 women and myself on the bus and it was nearly full. Then, once we finished our ceremony and entered the bus to attended our reception.. we had to send 8 people in an Uber because they were expecting to come on the bus and there was absolutely NO room. We waited outside of the church for 15 minutes trying to fit 28 people on the bus and ended up having 20 people total including my husband and I. It was honestly one of the worst experiences and the worst way to start off your wedding sending people close to you in an Uber instead of then celebrating with us on our wedding day.Not to mention, the bus arrived with a damaged window and was extremely hot inside during 88 degree weather.

Best Birthday Ever!! This is by far the best party bus company in the metro Detroit area! They were able to WILLINGLY accommodate me on very short notice unlike most companies - they were ready and WANTED to help me! The bus was huge! Booked this bus last minute for my birthday after realizing my original one was actually a school bus. Rimon (the owner) worked with me on the price and assured me hed give me the best party bus experience Ive ever had and he definitely did. Was super friendly and easy to book with. The drivers Pamela and the trainee Elise, were angels given that I had few over the top drunks on the bus and I spent a half hour drunk talking to them because I couldnt deal. Will definitely be booking all my future buses through them and recommending them to all my friends.

To start, this company seems very friendly, has a beautiful fleet of vehicles, and great pricing!! However, I ended up being disappointed with my experience looking for a party bus for our wedding. They had told me on two separate occasions that they would message me information, which never came through. They also promised me a quote, which I never received (even after I inquired again about it). I know every company has to start somewhere, it just seems that they may be a bit overwhelmed. Definitely give them a shot if you feel comfortable, I just didnt feel I could take the chance on our big day.

We hired Top Notch to take a group of students to a dance. The driver, Terry was AMAZING. She took everything 20 freshman did in stride, including the very loud, very obnoxious music. I felt completely safe having her drive around this group.

Party busThis company provided the worst party bus experience I’ve had. The bus was late, the driver left us at the first destination, lastly we were removed from the bus by the police.The company as a whole provides no assistance to clients after hours. On this particular night, the bus driver only gave his contact information to one person. As we arrived to our first destination we announced we would only be there for a half hour. After waiting over an hour for the bus to come back or drive past, which is normal practice, I decided to call the main office because the phone with the contact information was mistakenly left on the bus. I assumed since this company is generally utilized for nightlife events I would have no problem getting someone to contact the driver on our behalf. I called multiple times and the phone went straight to voicemail.After being outside in the rain for Almost 2 hours we, on foot, tracked down the bus. After contacting the owner directly he provided nothing but excuses. He did not care about our failed customer experience. He provided excuse after excuse to protect his driver.After we finally gathered our whole crew from walking the streets looking for the bus we aired out our frustrations to each other. We came together collectively and voted to stay on the bus and have a good time for the last hour or so we had. We had people from all across the country fly in for this special occasions so we wanted to celebrate the way we intended. After realizing the company would not be offering compensation for the issues we decided we would move on and deal with the issues later.After we told the driver we would be staying on the bus and we just wanted to drive around he began moving. We finally got the music connected and we began pouring drinks. After about 15 minutes the bus stopped. We all assumed there was traffic. A few minutes later the bus doors were opened and we were asked to exit the bus by the police.We had not spoken to the driver. We were not misbehaving. We were not rowdy. Prior to exiting the bus I inquired about the reason we were being removed. The driver told me personally he did not want to listen to us speak about our frustrations, it made him uncomfortable. We had stop speaking on what happen for more than 30 minutes so his reasoning definitely took me by surprise.The lack of accountability and customer Service this company provided to us was completely unacceptable. If the driver had been on time, followed the “drive around” policy or spoken to us before having us removed from the bus, this experience would have been saved. We lost money from clubs we never made it to, lost time standing outside and some people were left without transportation while waiting for our arrival at the next stop. Overall this experience was horrible. Worst party bus experience I’ve ever had. I would think twice before booking. Some company policies are definitely in need of change or enforcement.

What can I say? This organization is AMAZING. I work at a local elementary school in Warren, MI. We were going to have to cancel our long standing field trip to ski at Pine Knob. I got in touch with Chris and he donated two large party busses to get 65, 5th graders to their field trip. He not only saved the 5th graders for this year, but potentially for years to come as well. Its really unfortunate that I have to leave ONE star. I would rather leave no stars at all.I have dealt with several different party bus/limousine rental companies over the years, and never have I EVER had an experience like the one we had with this company. Choosing a company to help celebrate a special event and then to be treated and have the experience we had is absolutely ridiculous.The bus arrived 15 minutes after its scheduled time we were contracted for. When our party tried to enter the bus, we realized it was the wrong size. We had party of 28 and were told the bus would fit over 30 comfortably. So, during the 5 MINUTE ride to our first destination, we had guests sitting on each others lap.When we exited the bus, the driver was told to return in 30 minutes so we could go to our next destination. 30 minutes passed and the driver was nowhere to be found. An hour came and went, an hour thirty, hour 45, still..no driver. Parts of our party left on foot to try and locate the bus. We stood in the rain waiting for the bus to come back. The first location was at capacity at this time so there was no way to reenter.At 1am, members of our party were able to locate the bus using an app to find a phone that was left on the bus. Once the driver arrived, obviously no one was happy. He stopped me on the way in to tell me that there was no time left on the itenerary. I didnt prompt him to give me this information, it was volunteered.My contracted friend whose 30th Birthday celebration it was was on the phone with the owner, trying to find a solution the nights many problems. He placed the blame on her and never offered an apology. We were on the bus for a total 20 minutes sitting in the same spot. We lost the reservations and deposits at other clubs we were to attend during the evening, and the owner couldnt even recognize his companys part in the fiasco.We decided to stay on the bus and finish out the time we had been contracted for. We poured drinks, listened to music, and tried to have a good time. After being on the bus for about a total of 25 minutes (30 including the initial 5 from the restaurant to the first destination) police entered the bus and told us they were there remove us. No one was rowdy or even speaking to the driver. As we were exiting the driver again offered information saying that full payment wasnt yet recieved, when they had a credit card number on file. An officer took me to the side and told me that they had been called because the driver didnt feel safe driving us anymore. No one threatened the driver or was even speaking to him. We were all too busy trying to get our friend to have as good of a night as she could at this point.The bus showed up late, wasnt the correct size, disappeared after our first destination, and then we were escorted off by police, adding embarrassment on top of all of that. The owner sent a message to the driver mocking our friend about how upset she was. He also sent a text to her at 2 am THE FOLLOWING NIGHT requesting that she not say anything negative about his company online, which is EXTREMELY unprofessional!As a business owner, I am extremely shocked at how everything was handled. There has still not been an apology issued, only more excuses as to why everything happened the way it did. There is no way that I would allow an employee and representative, of not only my business but of myself as well, conduct themselves in the unprofessional manner he did.I would not recommend ANYONE use this company for future events. Extremely unprofessional and non accommodating.

NICHOLE TROUTMAN. I was not going to post a review. I was trying to let it go, but now since one of the bus drivers want to post a total fabrication. I feel the need to speak up. The bus full of so called unruly people you are commenting on are, Nurses, Military, and Business owners, etc... We are all college graduates who can not and would not be unruly due to our status in the business world. For you to lie as if you were there just saddens me. Your driver did not show up 15 minutes late, ours did. You were not left outside in the rain for 2 hours, we were. You did not have to walk around in heels in Downtown at 1 in the morning looking for your bus, we did. You was not escorted off a bus by the police because of the drivers claims of us threatening him. With the times the way they are, My daughter and her guest could of gotten hurt. Instructions were given to return in 30 minutes. Your coworker unfortunately did not return, follow the intenurary or follow the company bylaws. We lost money/deposits. People who were to get on the bus at the 2nd stop were stranded. Maybe you should have spoke with the owner before posting the fabrication about us, since hes been trying to make up for the horrible experience, or maybe you did??My daughter ended up not paying which is true, news flash, her guest care more about her and our day that was ruined than the money. For you to lie and say you witnessed it is a laugh. Not unless you are willing to put in writing and lie and say you were illegally riding beside the driver is fine by me. You speak of integrity saying that a person that would write such a long lie has none. But yet only one of us has lost our integrity and the funny part is that it is you, and whats even funnier is that you know this.Top Notch I understand that you want to believe the driver, but employees lie too. Nichole I have a question, if this was you or your daughter would you have paid $700 for what we went through?

DO NOT BOOK! This company not only ruined our night, but after we began to leave reviews they bribed us to take them down. Unbelievable.

I used top notch for my wedding and I was very happy if I able to I will give a 100 stars clean bus nice employees Great prices and amazing staff wont be disappointed loved them and was very happy

I had a good time on this bus the driver Nicole was excellent

If I could leave no stars I would. We called the company to make this complaint and they were pretty much telling us there was nothing we could do we asked them could we work out an arraignment where we could get a discount since we weren’t getting the time we paid for. That’s when we realized they never collected the rest of the money ($600 which was NOT our fault we still had the money was ready for them to take it out the account it wasn’t a problem).The driver arrived late, didn’t understand what was going on took us to our first destination (4 mins walking) we told him we were only dropping by for 30 mins (this was about 10:50) we go to first place party a little and then go outside to chillax and wait for the bus.... WE COULD NOT FIND HIM FOR 2 HOURS (12:58). We had to use ‘Find My iPhone’ to even track down the bus so thank God someone left their phone on the bus we walked for BLOCKS to find the driver when we found him he was smoking a cigarette and his response was “I was just about to drive over” the host of the party who was originally furious started to say something and stopped and just got on the bus. The rest of us followed we then started asking questions ‘What happened to 30 mins?!’ And ‘How could you not have remembered to pick us up?!’ We even stopped our police friends to help us look. Mind you we had heels and nice clothing on by this time we were chafing, blistering, and furious. It was mostly family and some friends so they were not having his excuses so they properly told him whatever he was saying was not an excuse and it was utterly ridiculous to leave us waiting 2+ hours. After that we drove around to pick up the rest of our party which was scattered around downtown looking for the party bus (1:10). We got to the last few people and the bus stopped. We started to finally party (it never took off we more so sat around irritated) the bus was still in the same spot and as we asked the driver what was happening police officers were forcing us off the bus. We asked why and the driver claimed he felt threatened and that we were too rambunctious which was crazy because we had family and friends on this bus and it wasn’t a Bunch of 20 year olds they were in their 30’s and up the vibes was chill until we told him about being 2 hours later picking us up.
