We used them for our wedding. The driver was fantastic, the limo was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend them and I would rent from them in the future.

Booked them for our wedding in June 2021. Driver was on-time and the bus was very clean. Booking was easy and rescheduling wasnt a problem due to covid. Just be sure to book enough time as they run a tight schedule, so there was no lingering on the bus after our allotted time slot.

We had the bus for a birthday party and Myron was absolutely amazing. Not only was he flexible but super kind and made us all feel safe. If you ever get a bus or anything I highly recommend Myron for I will pick him time and time again in the future.

We have used Millennium for 5 years now - fun adult events, my teenagers homecoming and other dances and never have anything but a fantastic experience. For this homecoming (my childrens last they are seniors) they requested the driver Al who drove in the past and they loved! Al takes great care of them and is amazing. Cant say enough about this well run business!

I hired them for my wedding. They were supposed to have my wedding decorations on the limo at our pickup location before taking us to the church, but they were not. I told my new mother-in-law, since she paid for the limo and the rental was in her name, and she went out to check, but the limo was gone. They were supposed to stay at the church for the ceremony. She called and got them to put them on before we left the church to head for the park for photos. They were flying around the hood of the limo and when we got to the park she said they had to be removed because they were obstructing her view. I saw how they were fastened and offered to correctly secure them, since I paid so much money for the decor and she said no. She told us we had less than 20 minutes for photos, which was absurd. We had much more time with our rental than that. She took us to the reception hall and as soon as we got there she told us we needed to pay $60 for going 22 minutes over. I sent in my new sister-in-law to get my mother-in-law to settle things and told the limo driver someone would be right out. The limo driver made threats to storm into the reception hall of my new husband and I didn’t give her the $60 now. So, to prevent a scene we gave her a $50 bill and a $20 bill. She said she would be right back with the change, but instead she sped off. My mother-in-law paid in advance for the limo, in case we went 30 minutes over and a generous tip. We tried to call to clear things up, but they kept hanging up on us. We went into their room office and they told us that our photographer was late to the park and caused us to go over, which is a lie because our photographer was in the limo with us. She then told us how we all greeted and thanked her, and gave her a $70 tip for her outstanding service. She pocketed that money. She harassed us and manipulated us. She took advantage of us because my new husband’s family was Polish and had a thick accent. They only care about their own and no one else. They don’t care about their customers.

Luxury fleet of buses and limos. I was recommended by a coworker, and after visiting, I was sold! The prices were the best out of over 10 places I looked into, and the reviews were great. They were on time, the party bus for my bridal party was clean and spacious. Including the groom and I, there were 20 people in the bus and we were able to dance and have fun, while trusting that we would make it from point A to point B! Highly recommend!

We used millennium limo for my sons homecoming. From the first initial phone call to the actual day of the event, everyone was so helpful and courteous. We had to switch plans a couple times and they were very accommodating to our needs...even though it was a busy time for them. Katrina was our driver and she was absolutely amazing. She arrived right on time and took great care of our kids. She assured me that they would be safe as she was a mom herself! That made me feel really good!! The kids said it was the best part of the entire evening, and they would have stayed in the limo all night and skipped the homecoming had she let them. ( LOL Im glad she didnt ) She took pictures to send us and went out of her way to make the kids evening super special. Manager would not even begin to work with me, in fact, sounded irked that I would even think about a refunded deposit or anything of such sorts. Please avoid this place at all costs.

We had a wonderful experience last night in the Lincoln MKT stretched limo we reserved for a family birthday party. The car was nice & clean and feature-packed. Especially enjoyed the groovy lighting and powerful sound system. Our chauffeur Katrina was extremely punctual, super friendly and professional. She was especially helpful in assisting elderly family members in and out of the vehicle at each of our various stops. It was a very smooth ride overall and everyone in our group had an absolute blast!!!

Millennium Limousines has some of the nicest limos I have seen. Their website is easy to navigate and shows mostly all the limos and buses so you can make a decision on which one you might be interested in ahead of time and then come in, in person to see if its the right one for you. The limos have been completely detailed clean, inside and out, all of the 6 or 7 times Ive used their services with no complaints. Clean glasses, not even fingerprints anywhere. The phone staff is helpful and gave me all the info I needed to choose them for my party occasion including what dates certain vehicles would be available, and pricing. They are overall a great service and fit my needs and Ive come back to them ever since, even after shopping around before the second, third, etc. times Ive brought them my business. Highly recommended professional company.

Excellent service. We used them for a group of six people to attend a charity gala in Birmingham. The driver had a tough route and the neighborhoods were very narrow. He had no problems getting through even though there were cars parked everywhere. They were on time, very professional and had a clean car. Would definitely use them again.

I would never deal with this company. After setting my sons home coming up with weeks in advance notice paying a deposit. I get a call 4 days before the event telling me that they have me all set. However they have the wrong day. The person that I talked to to me it was all my fault and he could never have made the mistake.

To be honest Im very disappointed in the lack of communication between the company and the driver. The driver showed up at the first pick up spot at 11:15 am and was not to be there till 1:15pm then the driver never went to pick up the groom and the groom was late because he was waiting for the limo. He had to drive him self. Then the driver did not look up the address of were we went to take pic. We the bride and groom had to look up the address. Many unnecessary stress for a important day!

The driver was very professional and the party bus itself was clearly well maintained. We were running a little behind the day of the wedding, but the driver was so patient and understanding about having to wait for us to finish getting ready. I was with a party recently on their bus. The bus was nice and I would recommend using them if it wasnt for the driver Craig. All he did was talk about how much weight he lost and tried to push his own business on us. I dont go out to have fun to be sold some weight loss garbage.

My fiancé and I had booked a bus for our wedding party and their dates for our wedding day this past Friday.We had two email confirmations and each of us had verbal confirmation from phone calls, and our wedding coordinator also called to ensure things were all set for a 3:30PM local time pickup at our church.We had to contact Millennium AND the driver because he wasnt there!We finally got through to him at 3:45PM and he said he thought his pick up was at 4:30PM. Problem? He didnt even show up until 5:10PM. ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES AFTER MY WEDDING PARTY AND US HAD TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT KF A CHURCH. This company and driver screwed us. We missed out on our photo shoots because of this and had to go straight to the reception.Avoid at all costs.

I often rent party busses and have tried out all the companies around Metro Detroit and Millenium is by far the best. Their main goal is to provide good service instead of making profits and I have felt that way everytime i get a bus from them. I have used the Bently Party bus which seats 24 and I would highly recommend using these guys for your party bus. They have always beat the price as compares to any other company and have had better service than any other company!

I just used Millenium Limousines for a summer camp I host in Detroit. Millenium took us to and from our field trip today and it was an awesome experience! Our driver, Al, was so friendly and welcoming and also great with the kids. He was on time and very accommodating. The bus we used was spacious and very clean. The campers had a blast! Their customer service was good, too. I had a pleasant experience each time I spoke with an individual from Millenium. I will definitely be using Millenum Limousines again in the future. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I usually only review companies when Im blown away by great service, food, product, etc. or extremely disappointed. Unfortunatley the later is true yet again with Millenium. My girlfriend used Millenium for her bachelorette party and for her wedding as a package and I had written a review for Millenium 2.5 years ago when I was disappointed with them, though I will admit I wrote the review while under the influence. She removed the review because she already had them booked for her wedding and didnt want it to negatively impact their wedding day. Regardless, I was not happy with them in 2013 when they let us down, and when my now husband and I were planning our wedding, he took ownership of the transportation aspect. Little to my knowledge, we had booked this company I was not thrilled with back then. I thought well surely they have new drivers and have improved their service based on customer feedback. I will say everything at our wedding went very smoothly and wonderfully, so if the wedding party shuttle is the only thing that was absolutley horrenous, I can live with that, but people need to know that Millenium Limosines does not have their act together. We live in Texas, so planning a wedding in MI presented its challenges and I know my then fiance did his research online, just somehow missed my previoius 1 star rating that was still posted on Yelp for them that led with DO NOT USE! We are also use to Texas heat, but our wedding fell on a very hot MI day, and we were all looking our best in beautiful dresses and tuxes. When the shuttle bus arrived at the church to transport us around for photos and to the reception, THE AC WAS BROKEN!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? I would have been a bit more understanding if the windows on the shuttle could have been cracked to let air in, but that was not the case on their shuttle bus. Our poor driver ran to an auto parts store when he realized the problem to pickup antifreee and we improvised by taking more photos at the church then along the destinations I had planned on our photographers schedule. This did not fix the issue. What Im a bit confused with is why it took the driver from Farmington Hills to Lake Orion to realize his AC was out. Im also disappointed another shuttle was not immediately sent out. What further frustrated me is that our money was not refunded. If it was a Fall or Winter wedding, thats one thing, but when your equipment, particularly AC is not properly functioning for a Summer wedding, as a business owner, you need to step up and own your mistake and make it right. Though I am improving my previous rating from 1 star to 2, youd think a company would aim higher than this. A partial refund was given, but frankly when you disapoint me once Im mad. When you disapoint me a second time, Im enraged. Get your act together Millenium. There should be vehivle inspections before and after every trip of each vehicle that includes important aspects like PROPERLY FUNCTIONING AIR CONDITIONING on a hot summer day.

I Reserved a bus with Millenium i gave them my name date and time of pick up. I told him i was a return customer and would be coming in to pay, he assured me i was all set to come in the morning and yet they still re booked bus and had the adacity to be rude!I am a more than fair person and very cordial in all aspects. I trusted these guys and have rented in the past and even referred family. I talked with staff he ask for details and date i gave him all info told him i was a return customer he gave me a fair quote. I asked was i all set he said yes i have u for in for the 24th passenger for tommorrow 10 to 4am . i awared him i was on my way in for work, & was it ok to come in the am to sign contract he said yes, this is considered a verbal contract. I trusted these guys on thier word and called 9am to tell them im in route to pay and sign, to my shock a very rude guy told me my bus had been rented! These guys are un professional Liars. They assured me im all set and reserved come in the next day and now its gone? Unreal!!! Now im sure some people have had a good experience with these guys and wrote a good review, but do you want to gamble on your wedding whether these guys will rent your bus or not show? This is punitive legal grounds. Stay away from this place

I have used Millennium a few times now... first, for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had several people in our group and the coach that was suggested to me was PERFECT! Everyone had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Given the age group, this was a MUST !!! The coach was superb/Gorgeous! Our driver, Nolan, was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive, helping everyone with anything they needed and willing to do whatever was necessary to make the night special! After this experience, I had NO problem calling Millennium for my next event! A concert and girls nite out for a large group of us! Again, the coach was great and so was our driver Roger ! Again our driver went ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected to make our nite wonderful!!! For women, a big part of renting a limo is not just the vehicle/price, etc., but feeling safe having someone else driving you around, especially if your having some cocktails... With Millennium, I felt safe not only for myself and my friends, but also with any items we left on the coach while we in an establishment !!!! I have used other limo companies but NONE compare to the overall experience from Millennium !!!! Their vehicles are newer and top-notch. Their drivers are wonderful and the reservation/payment process is soooooo easy! I have recommended Millennium to everyone !!!

Used Millennium for my sisters 40th Surprise party last year...it is 10 months later, and people are still talking about what a great party it was. I gave very specific instructions to our driver Tim H - and he pulled through for us...he explained to the cops in Plymouth why we were blocking off the street downtown temperarily...he was very courteous and respectful - and tolerant of a bunch of drunkards! The bus was super-nice...we pushed the sound system to the limit. I threw a second surprise 40th birthday party a few months later and chose a different company based on a cheaper price. What a mistake! That experience proved that you certainly get what you pay for. Now, I am on my 3rd party bus surprise party in less than a year...and back to Millenium. They have been great in accomodating (again!) my special requests...I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a reliable, quality limo/party bus service! Great job guys!

Watched one of their limos run down the sholder of I-96 in a construction zone, only to have to cut back in 10 cars up because of an overpass.
