I am going on my third season and we have been very happy with service and results! They call a couple days ahead to let us know they will be out, so we can make sure our gate is unlocked and dogs inside. They leave notes as to what they have done and any instructions for us to follow up. If there are any issues with our lawn they will come back no charge to address them. They only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because their prices go up every year by A LOT.

This is our first year using Natural Way Lawn & Tree Services and our lawn has never looked better! We signed up for auto pay and we have never gotten charged for charges we did not ask for. Their customer services has been very helpful as well. Would definately recommend this company to anyone that was looking for a good lawn service.

They try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Apparently there are special treatments for all kinds of weeds you might have in your yard and thats right......extra charges. They bring a machine onto your yard to fertilize and run over everything in their way, no heads up on when they may be coming to remove items from the yard nor do they have common sense to move any small items on the yard...just run them right over.

So far doing an awesome job....our lawn was a mess from a previous company, who did nothing to kill weeds or grubs. Skunks had torn up our lawn and it was looking awful. So far this season, Natural Way is bringing the lawn back to a better condition. Very informative and knowledgeable staff, that answers all your questions.

Natural Way has provided timely and reliable services on my magnolia tree. I had terrible scale which made the tree ugly. With repeated care, the tree now looks healthy all year round.

I would not recommend using their service. Terrible coverage and when i talked to the guy about how he missed half the lawn he said he was close enough

Their service does get rid of weeds but they use so much crabgrass prevention good luck reseeding bare areas or overseeding. I used them for two years and have followed all their guidelines regarding seeding and havent gotten anything to take. Yes my dandelions are gone, but I think Id rather have my fuller lawn back and deal with a couple weeds. Lawn looks patchy and brown in many areas now. At best its the same lawn I had two years ago. When you voice your concerns to your lawn tech he will always blame you, telling you you need an aeration or you didnt water properly (even though I water daily when it doesnt rain). My neighbors lawn looks amazing and he never waters, never aerates and does his own fertilizing. Finally came to my senses and cancelled this spring.

Do not hire this service. First, their service burned several big brown spots in my front yard. They are clearly burns from an accidental dropping of too much fertilizer in an area. When I looked at my bill to get their phone number to complain I realized they applied and charged me $111 for grub control that I NEVER ordered. They claimed that a PHONE CALL from a YEAR BEFORE where their rep explained to me their services counted as my consent. Rather than argue with them I terminated my service completely but asked how they planned to take care of my burned yard. The rep proceeded to tell me that they would need to send a manager out to my house to assess whether they thought the spots were their fault. I can guess pretty exactly what they would think so rather than taking any more of my time, I simply promised them to make sure others in my neighborhood were aware of their poor service, high costs and terrible customer care.DO NOT USE THEM. We see the sign that says theyve been there but havent seen anyone (comes while at work?). The grass is fairly green and plush, however, still have weeds and a crapload of dandelions. Some dandelions are like trees - super huges with foot long roots. I still have to spend hours pulling them out, which is why i tried a lawn service so as to reduce the weeds. This is my 3rd year.
