I always do my laundry here. I tried a couple of other places but Laundromax was better. The ladies who work there are nice, its clean and they have wifi. All laundromats are kind of expensive, but its comparable to the others in the area. The weekends are busy so be prepared to wait on a Sunday afternoon.

The Attendant was LOUD AND RUDE...raised her voice because the machine didnt rinse and blamed me. Most of the machines are broken...The dryers are turned down and have NO HEAT..it will cost you $8 to dry a load of clothes. I would rate them at ZERO if I could. I would do BETTER washing my clothes by HAND 👎🏾

This place needs to close. More washing machines and dryer out of service; than working one. Lost power today told people to leave clothes in dryers and washing machine til power come back. Power was coming back on at 5pm; three hour wait time. Power went out at 2:20pm today . I will go somewhere else.

Quiet, clean environment. I just wish they fixed the broken machines . It was a wait for dryers the day I went in. The lady working there is nice and kept the floors clean and disinfected .

Ive been coming here for 3 years but unfortunately, Ill have to find a new place. They dont enforce their own face mask policy. Im not paranoid, but I am waiting for a new kidney so not taking any chances. Good luck.

Its a laundry mat...but you cant clean the lint traps....the driers take a bit longer..its ok

The older lady is a mess told a lie and said she was the owner, kept touching the dryer saying my clothes were dry, she kept rushing me because it was 10 00 pm and she wanted to go home, how rude.

I like this place. They have a sliding entry door so you do not have to open it yourself. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of washers and dryers. The personnel or owners are very nice and helpful. Yes it is clean.

Service was wonderful and staff was very helpful. The building is pleasant not fancy but don’t expect much from a coin laundry. Tip: the dryer is .50$ to start and 5 minutes after for each quarter so I recommend you put in extra time just to he safe when drying cloths.

Clean the Staffer is very nice and helpful they have benches outside and sale masks and refreshments and are set up for social distancing.

Good location, small, clean laundromat with a service desk and attendant and very fast, stable internet! This business only has two drawbacks: 1. Its small and 2. Several machines are out of service at this time. This is still my favorite laundromat.

Too many Washers Broken😒

Dianna, is amazing. My own front load washer needs a part, and my husband is having surgery.So between all the towels, all the sheets and regular clothes we have had to bring our laundry in for was and fold. Fair prices and clean. When we travel we often use wash and fold places because you don’t have to bring too many clothes. I am glad this place is only a few miles from my house.

I think the prices are a little high. But I love the front loading washers. The convenience of getting your laundry done in a little over an hour. From wash to dry. Then you can fold it or hang it take it home and put it away. And its done.

I walked in with a very white and fairly clean comforter that doesn’t fit in my residential size machines. I payed $8 to wash and dry it and walked out with a heavily ink stained comforter. I tried to bring up the problem with the owner who yelled for the female partner. Once I started to explain what happened he started to yell at me that I can’t prove the stains were from his machines. They both pointed to the signs on the wall and told me to read. The woman at least walked back with me to the drier I used. After inspecting it we both found ink stained gum stuck to the side. She wiped the drier with her hand and said there was nothing. We all went back and forth for a while. Result: they refused to accept responsibility or to at least give me store credit for my loss. The guy told me to get out that he doesn’t want « my type » in here. These people have always been rude but it’s just laundry right? The local alternatives are better and less expensive. I posted a pic of the comforter under the website pics. Avoid this place at all costs.

As far as the machines go they wash and dry. The place is not the cleanest in the world but not dirty either. Would have rated higher if the sister of the presumed owner wasnt such a rude and argumentative individual. Not only did she yell loud enough for the whole store to hear I was making a mistake but then I over heard her scream at another customer.

NO comforters, rugs, pillows. The woman was quite rude when my lightweight mattress cover caused the machine to go off balance. In her broken English she kept saying, You no read? Says no comfort (sic). Apparently their machines cant handle a lightweight mattress cover either. I wont be back.

Where do I begin. The older lady is very rude. She checks on your clothes and watches pyou to see how many clothes you have before you are done if its close to time for them to close. She was upset because my one comforter and my coat wasnt dry which both were in the dryer by itself. She said if I wouldve came earlier it wouldve been dried. Not to mention I had been there for over two hrs. All of my clothes which I spent $80 on to wash and dry were done way before they closed and I started my first load way before the cut off time. Dryers do not get hot. They turn down the dryers so you will have to spend more money. When I got home I noticed the waist of my pants were still wet along with towels and a few socks. I live not far from this place, I will go across town to avoid this place. Did I mention she yelled at me because I put another quarter in the dryer so that my coat can dry, needless to say words were exchanged. Very unprofessional and rude.

Staff are nice. Will play football on their flat screens for you, plenty of room, machines work well. Comfortable there.

Very clean and well run. Offers help and is near CVS. Customers are well behaved as is their children. Wonderful for small children.

I think their smaller washing machines are a little pricey but the price of dryers make up for that (one quarter per six minutes). I like that they also do dry cleaning at the front desk and one of the owners can sew. Ive come here a couple times now and I generally spend about an hour and a half each time. Even at their busiest theres a couple washers and dryers open but they run out of baskets pretty quick.

The dryers are good (I didnt wash my stuff there, just used the dryers). The attendant was ok, she didnt argue when I asked to trade a Canadian quarter that came out of the change machine for an American one when the dryer wouldnt take it.The seating is kinda off-putting, but the TVs are nice and there are old quarter arcade games in the back.

The old lady there was extremely rude. I had to ask her multiple times about how to use the second washer and she was easily irritated over nothing. I then asked her how much it was to use the dryer and she told me an amount below a dollar and when i asked her a second time she said 2 dollars. She then got extremely rude when i told her you told me the other amount. She began yelling and telling other customers how i didnt want to pay money and using mockery.

Washing machines dont wash your clothes, the machines are all more expensive than other places Ive visited and the staff are rude. Examples: First, a female employee was vacuuming the dryer vents, while the place was open. The vacuum kept hitting and tripping myself and another customer. It also went over my basket of wet clothes I was placing in the dryer. I asked if she could please wait til I was done loading the dryer. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something but moved away. Another time, I was the only one in the laundromat, drying some clothes about 1/2 an hour before close. The woman working there came up to me, pointed to a couple dryers and rudely asked, Are these yours? I said no. She preceded to yank open the dryers, letting the contents spill out onto the floor, while saying, We closin soon and these people just leave they stuff in the dryers. She left the doors open and left the clothes on the floor. If there was 1/2 an hour left, Im not sure why that was necessary. People come and go, especially at night and its so hot and stuffy in there. I was so shocked at that, I took my clothes out and left. Ive never returned.

The woman who worked today (short woman with whitish/blonde hair and an accent) ruined a couple pieces of my clothes. I came in a few minutes after 9pm and she told me that I needed to hurry and she will throw me out at 10pm. I told her I needed to only dry my clothes and started loading my clothes. She came over and grabbed one of my laundry baskets and started throwing my clothes in the dryer. I told her to stop and that I would do it myself. She told me I was too slow and I wasnt doing it right. Then when I was demanded my money to put into the machines. I told her to leave me alone and that I could do it. So the whole time she stood behind me telling me I needed to go faster and telling me that she didnt need to let me come in to do it. So I forgot about the couple of shirts that I wanted to air dry and now I have to throw them away. Go to a different place. She is right about one thing, I DONT need to go there. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. Was taking some blankets out of my car last week, and one of the employees crashed a cart onto my car and scratched it. I understand accidents happen, but once it occurred, she ran inside and neither she or the owner refused to make eye contact with me. Najib (the owner) lied about not being the owner, refused to address the situation and then after continuing to bring it up, told me he wasnt liable. I didnt even wash my blankets here because I was so furious. Take some responsibility of your business and your employees mistakes Najib. This entire scenario couldve been handled much more professionally and respectfully by you.

One star is an over rate. The man that sits behind the counter never works but yells at the woman and is verbally aggressive to female customers when he’s not stuck to his computer. Both the man and woman pretend to not understand English when you ask for something. I had a problem with one of their driers and tried to resolve the problem but all he did was yell back at me and my wife. They are both rude and treat customers badly. The washers leave your clothes really wet and driers leave ink and gum on your clothes. Other customers told me they had same problems. Avoid this place if you like your clothes- owners don’t care about customers.

Rude customer service.Just called this place for prices. Guy told me shirt prices.I said how much for a quilt? His reply - I JUST TOLD YOU! [price] for a shirt! (not exaggerating on the emphasis, he was belligerent about it)Sure, he didnt hear me correctly, but that is no way to talk to customers.Dont patronize this establishment, there are other, more affordable ones around.

The dryers are not the best. You get 6 minutes for each quarter. Which is a total rip off! It usually take my clothes 30 minutes to dry. But these dryers suck up quarters like there s no tomorrow. And it took almost a hour to dry. And, my clothes were still damp.

I like the place and this only been my sencond time using a laundry location in my life. Only thing that kinda suck is that they dont have a seating area so I typing(Chromebook) the review while standing. Far as prices, I dont really know and dont care because I only need to do two loads of clothes. ($4.00 to wash and .50 for 10min to dry.) Will be back whenever the apartment washing machine goes out. 😀OH yea they do have public wifi and vending and televison. Also there is an ATM (of course the ATMs that charge you so much to dispense your own money. lol)

My clothes caught on fire in the dryer. Lady said machine malfunction. All my stuff ruined because they dont keep up their equipment or clean. They never clean their dryer vents and the washing machines smell musty. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

I asked the attendant which one off the machine was the sheet bounce because on the machine do not say sheet or liquid, as she seemed upset because she had to get up from the computer to show me .

Very clean full service laundromat lots of big washers weekends are busy. Dont leave your machine unattended your laundry will be taken out by someone.

$5 for one shirt, and it took almost 3 weeks.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. The worst customer service ever- the attendant was very rude and acted like us being there late was an inconvenience (still had over an hour and had last load in well before the required time). Why run a business at that time if you dont want customers? Oh, and theres a lingering odor that smells AWFUL.
