What a great shop! The owner was so nice & personable. I bought a Skagen watch and needed help changing the band because of my man’s giant wrists. I didn’t want to attempt on my own and mess something up just before our wedding. This shop was listed as a Skagen retailer and was closest to home with good reviews. Once the owner found out this would be my husband’s wedding gift, he chose to do this service as a gift to us! Stopped by here today to see if he could fix my Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium watch that had what I thought was a pin break. He nicely explained that what I needed was a rivet and that a pin was only for the latch. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes for $10 and I was on my way. Worth every penny for that quick of service. If you have a Citizen watch this place is where you need to go if it needs service. Also had a nice selection of Citizen watches on sale. Ill be back if I need anything else.Update: I went back again today as I had another rivet that failed. Again it was 5 minutes and only $5 this time. Either price, Im happy to have it fixed and support a local brick and mortar store.

I am always pleased with watchband plus. They are very helpful. I have taken my watches there for years. Last year, when I thought they had closed (original store was empty) and I did not know who I could trust with my watches. Fortunately, they only moved a mile south. I just took a watch to them to have the crystal replaced and another 12 for new batteries. They replaced the batteries right as I waited and the replacement crystal, which they promised in 10 days, was replaced in only days. I found all the costs reasonable and work was done well and done quickly.These guys are good.

I went to Watchbands Plus for the first time at this location and was extremely pleased with my experience. Not only did they replace my watch battery very quickly and efficiently but both gentlemen in the store were very friendly. It was also open until 7pm tonight since its Thursday so I was thrilled to be able to do what I needed to do after work. I would highly recommend this store.

I drove some distance in large part due to the favorable reviews posted here. My experience, however, was quite different. The clerk was anything but friendly. I got the distinct impression he didnt feel I was worth his time due to my inexpensive watch. He announced that it was $10 for a battery and $30 for his cheapest watchband in a manner that suggested it wasnt worth his time to sell me either.

1st time visit. Watch repair at lunch time made me a little anxious. However, I was greeted with kindness and prompt service. Pleasant and clean atmosphere. Qualified professionals whove been in business for years. My chosen place for watch repairs.

I had four watches that need batteries and one band that needed a link taken out. Finally stopped and was very happy with their services. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.
