The store owner was very friendly and completed repair much faster than expected. My favorite bracelet looks better than new. I asked for two day turnaround and the owner called me and wanted to make sure that would not miss him as he was heading to the funeral. This level of personal attention and care is rare these days. Emil blew me out of the water! It takes true dedication, expertise, and care to do what he did. I brought in an almost 60 year wedding and engagement ring that had been cut off and looked very worn, dirty, and dated. But let me tell you what, I couldn’t be any happier!!! He restored this ring is almost a week exactly - clean the diamond, polished the band and re-golded it, built prongs on both diamonds and just did a fantastic job.I found Emil by google reviews so I have to leave a 5 star for him because he did a job that I didn’t think would be possible. Beautiful work, very friendly! I felt like a family member. My engagement ring is platinum and antique, and I had a hard time finding a jeweler that would resize for me. I sustained some injuries that left my hands permanently inflamed and havent been able to wear my custom wedding ring for a couple years. I was hesitant to take it for resizing, because it is a completely custom piece with detailed sculptural engravings around the entire band. I was afraid that most folks would damage the design.However, I finally found a jeweler who came so highly recommended that I decided to try - cue Emils work. Emil not only resized the ring perfectly and cleaned it, but he also repaired the 1 defect in the design that nobody but I had ever noticed before. The ring is literally better than new. As cliched as that sounds, its true and applies to his work. I will be returning to his shop for any and all jewelry/watch work in the future.
