Awesome experience. I needed a repair on my Dell laptop that was beyond my skills. On the phone, Dan explained his pricing and what to expect. Possibly same day service, if not I would have my laptop back the next day. I had the required parts, just not the confidence. I dropped the laptop off just after 1:00 pm. He called just after 3:00 pm, saying it was ready. Amazing.Dan has a kind and professional demeanor. Most importantly he has great computer skills.The location inside Heartland Market (a grocery store) seems unusual to me. At the same time, it is ingenious. The store is easy to find. And Dan’s counter is just a few steps to the right once you enter the store. In these COVID-19 times, I can say this store is compliant with masking and social distancing.

I was having my data recovered at the cell phone shop right next to this business and was in need of a blank CD. When I walked in, there was a customer ahead of me thanking the owner for his wonderful service. When I told him about me, he handed me the disc and said, No charge. It was an incredibly appreciated gesture as I had spent 2 days looking for a store that could retrieve my data, then to be in need of the CD.... This business is clearly a gem with a terrific owner. Excellent! I used this place to replace the screen on my chromebook, and, more recently, to install a new keyboard on my Macbook Pro. The Genius bar, and Geek squad, both said its an old machine, and to replace it, and ubreakifix quoted me a higher price. The macbook now works fine, and, hopefully, I can keep it a few more years. The repair was completed quickly. Apple is a Dow Jones stock; let it crash some more. muahaha!!
