I also did some work for this company, I drove 2 and a half hours both ways to the site, and spent almost 2 hours on site looking for equipment, they knew ahead of time was not there, this company agreed to pay me 600.00 flat rate on a counter offer.. its been weeks actually almost 2 months and I havent seen a dime from them, sad thing is its been endless back and fourth with this company receptionist and not anyone actually in charge of anything... first they offer 300 to close out the work order...then back peddle to 200, and after me tacking on a late fee each day, with possible lawsuit they gave a final offer of 440.00, and still havent paid even that. a further 8 more days late with no contact.As a tech you will not get paid by this company, do not waste your time further more this company does not actually have any work of their own they take contracts from others companies and send it down the line farming out techs ...and the company they get work from just dropped them as a provider. federated will not communicate with you unless you bring up a lawsuit. very unprofessional, their word means nothing at the end of the day.save your self a headache, you are worth more.

Did some work for this firm. it was a trainwreck! plus they never paid me one dime, not one cent. take your business elsewhere. thier project manager should be flipping burgers.
