Amazing service from the entire staff! I had the pleasure of working with Mary last week to purchase some new suits. She was very helpful and friendly which made the whole process very easy. Wally had also helped me out with any changes that needed to be made to my suit. Came back in at 3pm today and was greeted by everyone and mike informed me that my suits were being pressed. I wanted to grab some dress shirts and ties and was able to work with Mary again. Entire process was very easy and left extremely happy with my purchase. Thanked each of them for the experience and all the help. I will definitely be coming back!

Sam Michaels and his team saved the day! My husband got his rental tux (2 weeks before our wedding) from a well-known online company and it unfortunately did not fit him well. We were scrambling! We walked in and a very nice lady (sorry I dont remember her name) helped us find a custom tux for him. It fit very well and my husband was impressed with the flexibility in making adjustments on the spot. Even though pricing was a smidge high, I still recommend this place!

I went to Sam Michaels to get tuxedos for my wedding and I could not be happier with my decision. I purchased my own custom tailored suit which was turned into a tuxedo for my wedding day and then converted back into a suit after the wedding. My tuxedo fit me perfectly, I was comfortable and felt good all night, and my pictures came out amazing. I also rented 14 tuxedos for all my groomsmen and the quality and professional tailoring of every piece was impeccable. Everything was ready when we needed it and everyone looked amazing. I take all my clothes here for tailoring and get a perfect job every single time. The entire staff at the store is friendly and great to work with.

The sizes were all off for our wedding. My father in law had to go back the day of because the pants still didnt fit after multiple changes during pick up. My hadband and brothers suit pants were all baggy and looked sloppy. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went here to get some items to finish my suit and to get it altered and pressed. I asked if I could come pick it up a day earlier than the scheduled day. I was told that it would be fine and a time to pick up my suit. I came 30 minutes early and had to wait an hour and ten minutes for everything to be finished just to get home and everything is altered fine but it’s all still very wrinkled. And I have no time to even take it back and get it redone. So I have to steam it all myself. I’m very disappointed to have spent so much and still have to do something myself.

What a phenomenal shop! Family owned, so I’m glad they contacted me from a bridal show or i might not have heard about them. My now husband, and our 3 groomsmen all purchased their suits for the wedding here. My man is quite large & built so we went full custom and couldn’t have been happier! All the guys looked amazing. Some were even worried about their pants coming out short, but when they got dressed they were so happy! I (as an anxious bride in planning mode) was starting to worry that it was getting too close to the wedding for alterations, but Sam Michael’s staff knew exactly what they were doing & everything was so fast! Even the last minute changes to the pants that didn’t come in till the week before the wedding. They were responsive & stayed in touch, making us feel very comfortable & confident with our decision. We are so happy to have such a beautiful custom suit for years to come! They really took care of our guys, even during the pandemic!

I just bought my son a suit at Sam Michaels for an upcoming wedding. It was a terrific experience. The store had an excellent selection of suits in a variety of price ranges. What separates Sam Michaels from other stores is the service, the tailoring and the attention to detail. One might think that buying a white shirt is simple, but it was important to them that it fit perfectly even if it took some minor alterations. This is the difference between a chain and a family run business. The ensemble we selected - suit, shirt tie and shoes looked great and was tailored with care. They have casual clothes too. Dont expect either customer service, or your clothes to fit the first time around. They hemmed my dress pants 2 inches short. Took them in and they lengthened them. I would expect any reputable tailor to actually give you the time of day to look over their work when you pick up your clothes - nothing of that sort. Take your clothes and go mentality. 2nd time around picking up my pants, I tried them on, they were still slightly short; the tailor didnt even come out to see if they did it right... not shopping here again.

I looked at many places before finally getting my wedding Tux stitched at this place as they are very good. Their whole team is very dedicated in helping you out with what you need. They came highly recommended and it was an awful experience. While dealing with them three times from the measurements, to fitting, to final fitting we had problems. They lost our measurements and with people living out of state it was stressful; however, they were finally found. When we came back they lost our order again. When i went to pick up the suits mine was tailored. The suitcoat had a nick in the top, stitching coming undone, and thread hanging from the pocket. They assured this would be taken care of when i picked it up and but it wasnt. I guess thats my fault for trusting them.Then came the groomsmen problems. One guy was given a size 13 and size 11 shoe. The other guy had a mask in the suitcoat pocket which questions their cleanliness. NONE OF US were given the cufflinks or buttons we were promised except for one of five so we decided none of us could wear them. I have pictures of all the issues and will take it to them tomorrow when i drop off the rentals. Sadly i wanted to purchase my suit since it was my wedding and now im left with junk in my opinion.

They sized, ordered and tailored the suites for the groomsmen and father of the bride and groom. They were courteous and always accommodating. I am still amazed that they could tailor a few of the suits for out of town guests that same day! They truly have an amazing product selection and offer top notch service. I would recommend them for any suit or tuxedo needs!

Went in to get measured for an out of state wedding and, Sam assisted me and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Theyre also running a BOGO in their suits and sport coats with custom tailoring included until the 4th of July, which is pretty sweet. Gotta love a good tailor.

I needed a brand new custom trailer suited last minute for a communion party, and Sam Michaels delivered once again. Samantha matches a perfect look with a textured stylish collared button down and a tie that was the envy of the event.I came the next morning and tried on the suit and Mike decided to adjust the vent and take out some material to give me that tight fitted look I need. Took about 10 minutes and it was worth trying on once more before the event.While I waited I picked up 6 pairs of Happy Socks and got fitted for a new pair of Hudson Jeans. They were exactly what I needed as we hit spring. Sure you can buy everything I got from the mall or online, but no one is better at customer service or has a more talented expert tailor on hand than Sam Michaels. Really, the best in the business and the only place I shop for my day to day.I recommend them highly!

Sam Michaels has always been my go to for any big occasion. They have always been kind to me and I have never had issues. I recently came across a situation for an event where our guest speaker faced an amelia birth defect and has no arms or legs. He went in to another rental shop and they refused to cut the sleeves off for him and told us only a day before we needed it. Sam Michaels took my call and request with no issues and got this custom order made within 24 hours. This meant the world to me because I was panicking about how I would get it done.

Wonder experience with Mike. He gave us the best deal in town for our wedding party!!! My wedding was june 1st,2019 and everyone looked amazing. mike made sure that we were happy and gave his honest opinion in helping us coordinate the groom, groomsmen, and fathers with the colors of the wedding. Mainly know for their custom tailoring and the fact that anything you buy from them the tailoring is already included in the price. But recently, their casual department has expanded. They have great pricing on designer denim, I get my husbands Hudson and Joes jeans from Sam and we get them altered and pick up the next day which is so great. We also got our wedding tuxedos from here and were so happy. Early delivery, same day tailoring and fabulous tuxedos for my bridal party. I recommended to any guy for mens clothing and just everyday tailoring. Theyre the best!

Mike is a tailor and when he sells you a suit or even a shirt he educated on the fabric and quality of what your buying. I just like coming here and getting a full wardrobe for my husband. They help you with each item, suits, shirts, blazers, jeans, even shoes and socks. I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint, Their denim collection is unreal, theres a brand for everyone and they have a the best variety, JBrand for my son and Hudsons for my husband, and even if they dont fit perfectly off the rack they tailor the jeans to fit like they were custom made. Its a one stop shop for guys, I get all of my tailoring done here, ill never go anywhere else. You guys are the best!
