Elite Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our carpeting for the last 8 years. The carpets always look great and Shane is extremely thorough! He always leaves some of his magic potion at no charge and it takes stains/spills out like magic. We have also had our tile cleaned and, again, excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Their attention to detail is second to none! They have cleaned our very light colored sofa twice so far now, and have always managed to make it look brand new again...and that is quite the feat with a 2 and 3 year old constantly putting greasy-food hands all over it. Recently, my son had the flu and unfortunately vomited all over the sofa. There is absolutely no sign or smell of any of it however thanks to their hard work and diligence! Thank you Elite Carpet!!!

NO SHOW. I paid a guy to be there for them; he couldnt stay til 3:30. She suggested I just leave my home unlocked for them!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY? AH, No. Then she just asked me if i wanted to call another service . . . AH, YES. I HAD to give them a one star to post this. They dont even deserve that.......In response to the owners reply to me. I never once yelled at anyone at your office. She said this mistake was 100% on her!! I simply agreed with her. She asked me if my guy, who I was paying, could stay hours past your delivery time. I said no. She then asked if I could leave my home open to strangers!! Again, i said no. At no time did i raise my voice or insult her or anyone. She is a liar if she said I did. I will donate $1000 to any charity you want if you can provide a voice mail of our call!!! Your employee was incompetent and admitted it and made idiotic suggestions! Leave my house open?? What business would even suggest that? Blackmail? How am i blackmailing anyone? Everything I said was 100% true and i never once raised my voice. I sit in an office with 20 people around me. I suggest you talk to your employee; she is not being honest with you. I find it interesting that you took zero responsibility for your companys role in what happened.Please provide me with the abusive words your wife alleges i used. I made zero personal attacks or curse words. I did not raise my voice, ever. If you can prove otherwise, i will gladly type a retraction and pay $1000 to any charity you desire.

Wow. Just WOW. I am in the middle of a household room trade for my (boy/girl) twins, as they have apparently outgrown Disney characters (from kindergarten) now that they are in middle school. This means painting and older kid furniture, with bonus everything moved from the two rooms into the dining/living room creating nearly two weeks of chaos (interrupted by the holiday/being out of town) if you know what I mean. Painting and new furniture assembly were completed in one room, prep for the second/scheduling the furniture stuff was complete - and I suddenly realized this was the PERFECT time to FINALLY get the carpeting cleaned.Naturally I realized this late Thursday afternoon, with the furniture folk scheduled to come Saturday afternoon.I tell this to explain the INCREDIBLE level of customer service I received - I called Elite, explained the situation (did NOT want to delay the furniture people because I want the rest of my house back YESTERDAY - lol!), and fully expected to be told it was impossible with such a last minute request. (I blame the paint fumes for my befuddlement - lol!)They were at my home Friday morning at 8:00 am and the job was FANTASTIC. I dont even KNOW what some of the stains were (kid room carpeting!) but at least two blobs were sparkle slime and he got them more out than I had any right to expect. Price was good (there is a $10 coupon on his website), he showed up on time, and the carpet in both rooms looks almost new again (and it is ten years old).I fully plan on contacting Elite again in the future when things are NOT utter chaos, and highly recommend them not just for the excellent job, good value, and exceptional courtesy from not only the office staff but the owner of the company, but also because they were willing to help a frazzled mom make sure two kids werent going to be spending the next five years yelling at each other about childhood carpet stains ruining the look of their new rooms. After carpet was cleaned, stains reappear. Contacted them and they said it was from padding. I used my steam vac and steins came right out. However, my $ was cashed! Not happy with this company.

Our family moved into a home with 2 dogs and cream carpeting and having grown up pretty much with all wood floors I had NO idea the kind of havoc dogs could wreck on carpeting.I called a couple of places but the conversation I had with Shane at Elite was different than the three other places I tried, including Sears. Shane was very informative and engaging without becoming boring or overly technical. Also, he seemed to have a real sincere energy and enjoyment for what he was doing.Elite was on-time and the work done was absolutely incredible! Let me repeat that...THE WORK DONE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!Our carpets had come to look so bad from the dog accidents and our own spills, etc. that I had resigned myself to expect an 80% or maybe a B+ type result from the cleaning. I expected that not everything would come out, but theyd look better than not cleaning them.ELITE BLEW ME AWAY!Our carpets looked practically BRAND NEW! They easily looked restored to about 97% of their original look! No trace of dog whatsoever! No remnant of juice stains! Little sign of heavy traffic at the entry points. This was one of the few times that something I purchased actually EXCEEDED my expectations!To say I recommend Elite Carpet Cleaning is an understatement.
