I was looking for a written estimate of work and the rep Kevin who visited my house said they will charge $150 for a written estimate. Not a good business tactic to make money.

Absolutely the worst company. Show up unannounced when they arent supposed to come. Then dont show up when they are supposed to come by. On a good week theyll stop by 3 days for a couple hours. Its been months now and they still havent finished a job that could easily have been finished in about a month.

I hope you never have to be in a similar situation where you need ServPro, but if you are then there is none better than ServPro of Farmington Hills. They came to our rescue after a fire and not only helped with our house and contents, but they helped us as well.Jeanne and her team were onsite immediately scoping out the work, walking us through what needed to get done and how they were going to handle it. They went through our belongings with us and determined what couldnt be saved, what wasnt worth saving, and what they could try to do to save the things that were most important to us. They understood what we were going through and the emotional aspect of it.Jumping forward to when we could finally move back home and they brought back all of our belongings they were able to remediate. They had wrapped and boxed our stuff with more care than we did with our own stuff when we had originally moved. They helped us unpack, check everything off the inventory list, and even put it all away.Jeanne and the ServPro of Farmington Hills team helped us get through an incredibly difficult time and we cannot recommend them enough.

We had an ice dam on our roof which caused some moisture to seep into our bathroom ceiling and wall. I called ServPro of Farmington & Farmington Hills to come and check for moisture in the wall and ceiling as I was very concerned about the possibility of mold growth. Two very courteous and polite young men showed up, they even put on shoe covers to protect my floors. Additionally, they wore masks in compliance with Covid precautions. They addressed the issue in my bathroom and went into the very cold attic to check for moisture. It ended up not being a significant problem and one that was easily remedied. They did not try to upsell me and I felt they were very honest. I will definitely call them again especially now that I know they also do carpet cleaning and grout cleaning not just disaster related services. I was very pleased that I called ServPro of Farmington & Farmington Hills!

They immediately came out for an assessment and quote. Professional and responsive with very fair pricing. Linda and her team did an excellent job working in and around a difficult situation involving physically handicapped residents that were unable to leave the premises. With kindness and understanding her team completed the job on time and better than we expected. They were fantastic. I would highly recommend their services.

I wish I would have called ServPro earlier! I called Servpro to come out and clean a huge Styrofoam and dust mess along with clearing out a bunch of junk from our fairly large basement. They actually showed up within 1 hour! Kyle, Colt and Renae all worked quickly to provide us with a quote and then promptly began working. They worked vigorously, checking in as they went along. Now, only three hours later, it doesn’t even look like the same basement! It’s completely empty, clean, sanitized and vacuumed. They even vacuumed/dusted the windows, ceiling beams and crawls space areas. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!! Thank you very much to Kyle, Renae and Colt!! I am very grateful for all your hard work! I was devastated to find my basement flooded. After making insurance claims I called Serv-Pro of Farmington. They were here within 1.5 hrs. There were 4 guys and they did a quick evaluation of the damage. They quickly got rid of the carpeting and the padding AND disposed of it all. They then set up industrial fans and industrial dehumidifiers. They explained everything to our satisfaction as the proceeded. They were very nice guys and very efficient. I would recommend them very highly

ServPro helped us after we had a fire at our office. They were so thorough with their cleaning and restoration. They made sure that we understood the process and were very easy to keep in contact with. When we had an issue with another company they recommended, they intervened to make sure the work was redone to our satisfaction. To top it all off, they were very patient with us. They understood that insurance companies usually take a decent amount of time to process the claim and release funds.
