The company compensate their employees well but the business itself is VERY unorganized. No stability. No level of professionalism. Employees are doing what they want. Loud music, watching videos, sleeping, and management is surprisingly allowing this to go on. Team leads just sit at their desk doing absolutely nothing; also allowing employees to what they want. This company shows favoritism to some employees, mainly those who have been there for a couple years. It’s just a shame that this company is ran by a bunch of incompetent people when the owner is trying to make a difference in the world.Better management and this company could be GREAT, awesome & amazing

Would love to tour and meet the engineers. I believe in the mission they have. I would have loved if the company came and spoke to my University before I graduated. I believe they can inspire young engineers if they reach out to them.

Just a few guys with a lot of money that are completely clueless as to how to run a business. Piss away a lot of the investment capital and who cares? Management team stands in a circle and brainstorms - this is the core of their existence because they hire people with experience but wont listen and learn how to implement their ideas.
