Best Of the Best Broker Service. I have bought total of 5 business from Capital 1 Business Brokers and I have sold 3 business as well since 2012. Im very pleased with their service and agents. I felt they had huge network and connection where they are able to buy you or sell you a business in a timely manner. I was very comfortable with their purchase agreement because it was made to protect the seller and buyer at the same time. They are excellent negotiator for buyer and seller as well.Thank you

My brother and I were very happy with the job Haroon and Greg did in facilitating the sale of our business. They covered all the bases from matching us up with a qualified buyer then walking us through the entireclosing process. We could not have done this on our own. Having professionals like Haroon and Greg working for us was money well spent!

We were looking to purchase a liquor store. Put a $10,000 deposit down with a DG period of 30 days. After the due diligence period Capital tried to keep our deposit. We asked the owner of the business in question(liquor store owner) and he said I have asked them to release funds. The owners at capital didnt like our reasons for backing out. Our reasons were the business didnt make any money and was over priced.... All said and done we had to hire an attorney and only received $7000 of the $10,000 back! Go ahead do business with them. This day and age if you are a scammer you will be called out online. I hope you choose a different broker. They will probably respond to this with we dont know who you are....thats perfect! It happened 7 years ago but I just received an email from them and reminded me of the disgust I have for this company and its owners...so take my words anyway youd like! Its all true and NO Im not a bitter competitor.

Week later, after I have posted the below review about this company. Today Ive received phone call from the Broker Merrick Bluenthal calling me names, threaten me by filing law sue against me personally and against my cooperation if I would not remove my previous post from Google. I would like you to know that I would not remove anything for such an act and I will continue to reveal the truth about this company, which abusing their clients without any professional ethics or manners.DO NOT DO any business with these people. They misled me with my buisness and sold me business made me lose everything ive had . They do not have any ethics or morals, all they care about is their commession.Ive decided after all these years to sell the business, i had to go with them since they have all the needed documents which makes it easier. I have contacted the relator Merrick in order to sell the business. This gentelman didnt even bother in 3 months to come and meet up to talk about the business or add things to the list, and i still dont even know what he looks like.Now i had to to shut down the business about 2 weeks ago and i contacted them in order to sell it for half the amount, everything was ok. Then they sent me letter of contract violation and i have to come up with $15000.00 for DONING NOTHING. I just wish they lose their business to find out what does it feel.
