The work was amazing! The gentlemen that came to do the work were quite courteous ! We were more than pleased by the work they performed will use them again and would recommend anyone that need their floor maintained. I have attached a picture. Looks like it did when we built our home in 2001!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend them at all. Horrible experience the least to say. What the sales people tell you is completely opposite what the technicians do. You complain to the main office, they were rude and unprofessional response especially Kirk. Foul language and comments, completely shocked with his behavior.

I would not recommend this place. The techs that visited did not listen to instructions, did exactly what they were told not to do, were smug about it, blocked up hallways and access to other space. The office management had little influence over the techs. The techs criticized the sales people and management for agreeing to do the job, then proceeded to do it their way instead. I wanted to kick them out/ fire them on the spot several times.

Tech was very friendly and very knowledgeable very prompt and was very efficient James was helpful in all aspects of the job.
