I was on the fence for about a year before have SMP done this past month. I researched extensively online, watched You Tube videos, read reviews and asked lots of questions. Dion was a pro through and through. Hes meticulous and patient -- which is EXACTLY what you need from your SMP professional. I cant thank him enough for the amount of time he spent with me and patience he displayed thru the process. I cannot recommend him enough.

Being in my 40’s I was on the fence about getting SMP mainly because I was afraid it would be a younger unnatural look. Dion assured me that it would look natural and that people would not be able to tell. He was right, I even get comments from people asking why I don’t grow my hair out more because it looks like I could grow a full head of hair.The whole experience was positive because both the procedure and the professionalism was top notch. Dion takes his time to make sure I was happy and more importantly he is happy with the way it looked. Early on in the forth session he didn’t think there was enough density on my crown and asked if I could come back for another session. This was strictly him being a perfectionist and there was never a mention of additional money for the additional time he was going to spend. I will definitely be reaching back out to him in the future for any touchups and I will be recommending Scalp Authority to anyone considering SMP. I only wish I would have made the decision to do it sooner.

HORRIBLE service, very unorganized . Just rushing for price and didn’t explain the procedure in ways without getting off track. Disappointed would not recommend this place.
