Gary and his team did a pretty good job on my Mercedes which had no working A/C. Turned out I had a hole in the condenser. They managed to find a part and put me back on the road very quickly and they matched the price that the insurance was willing to pay for the damage. Well see how this part will hold up but for now its a 5 stars experience and I will be back (hopefully not) should I have other issues with my cars.

I can not say enough good things about this place, I discovered this place one desperate evening a few years ago after I had been to mechanics about 15 times in 1 month and spent thousands of dollars on my truck. I was calling places around the area and I am so glad I found this place, they offered me the lowest price and gave me the best service. Being a younger woman I’ve had trouble with mechanics in the past, but I’m tellin you they are the best. One night I had my truck towed 60 miles just to bring it here lol they are so reasonable and such good service the guys here are amazing I just love them. K&F managed to fix my car in the past, and still does an amazing job each time. The shop fixed my charger and each time it came out looking amazing, and the results of the job were flawless. After every service they return my car to me looking brand new. Unlike a few auto shops I have been to in the past and where they would give me back my car not having it vacuumed, or leaving small mechanic marks here and there. K&F vacuum my car each time they finish the work with it, and it genuinely makes me feel like a valued customer. Very efficient and fast service, and the price was right, i needed few things to be repaired, my vehicle was ruining rough specially when accelerates and wont pick up speed the way it should be, they replaced an ignition coil and spark plug, and that took care of it. It was my first time today at this shop, and Im glad I did. The manger was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. Along with charging me a more than affordable price, he even recommended a good spot to have lunch while I waited on my vehicle. Called for an oil filter housing cap on my s5, it is a screw on part he would not see if he had the part even in stock cause I would not be needing labor. Proceeded to ask again if he could look if there was one I would allow them to install it for me. Said no immediately and hung up. Sounds like a crook! They May do good work Or even great work.... but unprofessional and untrustworthy is what I got from him.
