My dad had 2 strokes back to back, followed by a home claim, followed a month later by an auto claim with a medical component. Needless to say its been a cluster as I am trying to handle this from out of state. Every time I have called they have been helpful, understanding of the situation, and quickly provided whatever information I need. I cant count the number of times Ive been surprised by how simple Allstate has been to work with.

So far they have been very responsive and easy to work with. We have changed our policy with additions and everything went very smoothly.

Allstate refuses to settle our claim based on the actual value of our car, instead of using factual data, they have created and manipulated numbers to determine what they are willing to pay which is about 50% of the actual value of vehicle.
