Vin-Tech did an incredible job fixing and servicing our sub-zero. They were on time, professional, and completely solved the problem. Moving forward, they are the ONLY people I would call.

Assigned to us by our home warranty. Pretty rude since the beginning, rejected the work to the warranty company a day later after promising he would call back to schedule, so we ended up stuck with a broken AC for several more days. Wouldnt call him particularly professional.

I just got a call from victor to fix my sub zero issue that was pending since 5 months by another appliance company called AJ Appliance (who were very rude and unprofessional / not taking my calls! ) and already is having good feeling about this company!! He came soon and was within the early part of appointed time. Truthful, fair & reasonable.

Victor is excellent. Will recommend him to friends and family. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, answered my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Also reasonably priced.

Vinod is very friendly and courteous and the experience with this repair was outstanding. I received his help over the phone to trouble-shoot the problem, and his repairman was able to perform the repairs very quickly. He even texted me prior to the arrival so I wouldnt have to stay home all day. They were excellent in everything from the arrival time through identifying the problem, and ultimately fixing our air conditioning. Highly professional and I highly recommend Vin-Tech!

They canceled last minute (the day and time of the appt) because of the weather, so when I called to reschedule the owner was very dodgy and rude. I said I can’t do Monday so he made it seem like I was the problem because I didn’t have availability the one day he was giving me. When I asked for another day to reschedule for he refused and kept saying “I told you I can do Monday”. He told me he doesn’t work weekends so I checked the website and he works Saturdays. It seemed like he just wanted to argue with his customer. Very unprofessional and rude from the first to last point of contact I had with him.
