My washer was repaired efficiently, Chris was on time, and I was extremely pleased that I didnt have to wait two or three weeks to get an appointment.

On time service, quick fix of problem. Flat hourly rate of $115 per hour, if takes 5 mins or an hour. that is the gotcha part. They did not explain this on service set up. Not sure why they state the service call is $66.00 and diagnostic is $45.00. It is $111.00 to come out to the house and tell you what is wrong, they both come together. $225 for a 20 minute call and a $15 part that they charge you $50 for is a bit much for a simple service. Service was done correctly. value: you can find better.

Called them to come out to look at an over the stove microwave. Repairman came out for 66.00 service call 40.00 diagnostic fee gave an estimate of 278.00 total to replace main circuit board. After he left I looked at the microwave and found a fuse that had blown. I went to local hardware bought 2 new fuses for 3.00 put a new one in, the microwave worked fine.

Guy came out and after 3 weeks of attempting to repair my oven all he was able to do was break the screws on the burners meaning I had to replace it and installing 2 new thermostats.The first broke within a few minutes of installation and the second doesnt heat up the oven to the correct temperature. After waiting several more days I get a call saying that the oven is fixed and the difference in heat is just gonna happen due to a margin of error.This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

I was a bit annoyed because they had to reschedule, but when Scott got there for the next appointment he was fast and got good results. He didnt try to fix anything extra while he was here and gave me a fair deal. Plus, Scotts a navy vet. Thats always a bonus for me.

They were late in coming, but they did the job! Sands has been around a long time and theyve never disappointed.
