My experience with all the staff at this location has been remarkable.I had to write a post after reading the comments. I was crushed and I oppose any negative comments.Ive done business with this location for two years and I see the hard work they put in to make every customer pleased.Thank you! Ive had the worst experience with this location. Starting with the unprofessionalism of the workers (Drew) and Branch Manager (Rudy). Ive never had any vendor I do business with tell me they dont have time to send me a breakdown of what Im being charged for an have a full blown argument about it. Also, once my truck was returned due to it breaking down in Oklahoma, and was towed back to Dallas for mechanical issues, I was without the truck for 3 weeks and then was told by the Branch Manager they had to replace a windshield. Which was not the issue when it was towed. To my knowledge he was just giving a heads up of what was going on with the truck after the mechanical issue was fixed. I then get an email from damage claim that I was being charged $1,600 for storage and $300+ to replace the windshield. Of course, this was not stated to me until 3 weeks after the truck had been in their possession. The manager stated that a new employee, I had never met/seen stated he seen this after the truck had been with them and whomever they had tow and fix it for weeks. After a month I have still yet to receive my $2,500 deposit. I would highly recommend to use another location.
Farmers Branch location is where we do the majority of our business. Austin and Rudy the manager have provided excellent customer service and are a delight to work with. They understand our needs and go the extra mile. Two great guys!
Enterprise is leasing to Fusion Logistics for Amazon deliveries. Fusion Logistics is hiring drivers that are negligent and reckless in the operation of the vehicles. As result, the Amazon delivery driver failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to yield the right of way at an intersection and collided with another vehicle and injured the other driver. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Motor Safety Carrier Administration regarding Amazon, EAN Holdings, and Fusion Logistics DOT compliance.
The sales rep there whos name is Rudy sounds just like his name. Rude as hell. He just ruined a $3000 business with us. No professionalism, and no manners.
Wonderful service; truck was in prestine condition. It would have been more convenient to not have had to drive back to Dallas (from Texarkana) to return the truck. I was charged another day for having to do so. He said we had to do this because of COVID-19 guidelines; said all vehicles had to be returned where they were.From my experiences, I am finding that COVID-19 is being blamed for businesses to give us LESS and charge us MORE.

Watch out for this location! They will blame you with damage you didnt do! Make sure you look over the windshield really good before you drive off.
We use this location a few times a month. Customer service is always good and truck availability is typically not an issue.
Good service and quality vehicles. The only problem is that they never have any small utility vana in stock.
