I moved to The Mansions in hopes of living in new construction, suburban area but yet central to downtown and DFW airport. Though that is true -- I humbly regret moving here.I moved here in Feb 2021 and since moving in Ive been very displeased with the maintenance upkeep, quality of the building, security measures, parking and not getting my referral bonus.Dog feces in most outside areas is a commonality -- I never enjoy my patio because residents dont pick up there dog droppings. I purchased a leaf blower just to keep my outside area clean. There is always tape on the walls to mark spots where areas should be repainted (this is every week). The entrance doors are always broke which allows anyone to enter the building without using call box. The ventilation is poor - when entering the building theres a foul odor coming from the vents and the dirty carpet. The parking garage gates are always malfunctioning -- either the entrance or exit gate will not go up and down. One day, the entrance garage gate came down on the hood of my car (no damage thank God). Security measures is a serious concern; I was 1 out of 5 other vehicles that had their car broken into / items stolen -- in 1 night. I had to file a police report. If you like entertaining guest -- this place is not for you!! You only receive 2 guest parking spots on the rooftop of the garage (which was communicated in the early Spring and not stated in the lease). I asked the leasing staff where are my additional guest supposed to park and they suggested for them to carpool :DMost importantly, I really like the leasing staff but there is no accountability for addressing matters and providing accurate information. I referred a Friend to The Mansions in May (he moved in May as well) -- and I was offered a concession of $1,000 as a referral bonus. I signed the appropriate documents in June and it is now nearing October and I have yet to receive the check. Ive emailed, called, talked-in person to Leasing Staff and Community director and continuously gets the run around of where the check is -- Its been so frustrating.I gave this place 2 stars because I actually like my unit -- the layout, upgraded appliances & 10ft ceilings .....
Great community with very helpful front desk/leasing agents. Gorgeous amenities and apartments. Also Im loving the really large TV outside by the pool. Awesome for football games and recently the NFL draft coverage. Im not the one to read a book or stare at clouds by the pool so having the TV is pretty amazing if you ask me!
I toured this property and it’s absolutely beautiful. The pool area looks so refreshing. It’s literally minutes from everything. Has a dog park and a pet wash station for my fur baby. The staff at this establishment is super friendly and clean. They work hard to meet needs. Even though it is hard to please everyone, Mr Robert certainly tries his best to meet all needs that are necessary. He is a very well mannered gentleman and his persona automatically makes you feel welcomed. Because of Mr Robert, I have fell in love with this property and will look no further.
I wish i could place zero star for the Mansions. July 19th noon met their sales (posted original review on August 5th. His name is removed per request from this person on August 6th as he claimed posting his name here falling under Defamation of Character) at the Mansions and applied for unit 3405 and paid $52 application fee. Application was approved instantly and I signed the lease agreement on July 20th morning. At 5.30 pm that day another sales person called and told me that the unit was not available because current tenant decided to extend the lease despite their 60 day notification period requirement. So apparently the terms in the lease agreement are not enforceable or have no merit. The last time I checked on July 23rd, unit 3405 was still shown as available in the Mansions website despite their claim. July 22nd the first sales person called to find another unit with the same size and area and I told him I need to move in by August 12th. Later that day he texted me that unit 8303 is available on August 8th and he sent a lease agreement to me. The agreement clearly stated that the unit is not available until September 8th, not August 8th. I asked a refund of my application fee and they refused. August 5th: I got a call from a debt collector stating that the Mansions reported me for $100 overdue and they will report to the credit agencies within 30 days if this debt is not resolved. Later that day, the manager at the Mansions called to say that she has corrected this issue. However, this whole experience is the most horrible and unprofessional management I have ever experienced.
My husband and I are relocating from GA and looked at many apartment complexes online. Prior to our tour at the Mansions, I spoke to Tiffany and she was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival at the leasing office, Tiffany quickly remembered our phone conversation and was just as amazing in person. She went above and beyond to ensure the application process went smoothly. Thanks Tiffany!
My husband and I have lived here since May and I feel like we should’ve known something was wrong from the beginning when we were unable to move into the unit we signed the lease for. Since living here they have changed up a lot of things from adding paid parking spots, an addition to a garage gate that doesn’t work properly and other reasons that just add ways in which they can charge extra money. Within our second month of living here we had to relocate to a hotel for a while due to improper circulation which caused mold throughout our vents which made for an unsafe place to live. They also have had people come in and paint the halls multiple times. My opinion, they cut corners on construction and maintenance but make sure to squeeze every penny out of the residents.
I referred a family member to this property in December of 2020, She signed her lease and for the referral I was told I would get a referral concession check in the amount of $500. Well I signed papers in January 2021 so that I can receive the check and to this date 5/3/2021 Im still waiting to receive the check for the referral. I have contacted the leasing agent and I have heard different reasons 1. The check was mailed to the office. 2. We sent it via fedEx 3. We waiting to hear from accounting and last but not least 4 We mailed it via FedEX and you should received it the following day all lies. I think this is very unprofessional and false advertisement. I would never refer anyone to this property again NEVER!!
Brand new complex. Wonderful community. Beautiful apartment. Great amenities. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Close to highways. Im close to work, grocery stores, shopping, highways, and everything else you might need. It really does check all the boxes and Im very happy with my move here. It also helps that Tiffany and Robert in the office are awesome!!
Mansions at Mercer Crossing is a new apartment complex that is stunning. We were in the market for a new apartment and found this place and was very impressed. Although we did decide to go with a different place after weighing our options, if this place was closer to work it would have been our choice. Place is new and clean, has very bright units. Ashley who gave us the tour was great and it was great having constant communication, which I believe is important when it comes to apartment living. She made sure to answer questions and was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!
This place is beautiful and the office staff is so kind. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful and energy efficient. The complex is clean and very well kept. Ashley made the entire process easy. She has been the best part of the entire moving process. She maintained communication with me before I even toured the unit all the way up to now (2 months in). I signed my lease in August, moved in October, and waited till now to place my review to ensure everything stayed the same. I am very happy to say it has. The few issues we’ve had were addressed very quickly, I submitted a work request at 1AM Saturday and it was fixed by Sunday Night. Maintenance is also very nice and they wear masks when entering your apartment (due to COVID). I recommend this place to everyone!
My family and I moved here after a bad experience at the fiori in Addison, and we have no complaints.Staff is great, apartment is huge 4/4 unit with a great view of the lake. The amenities are available and useful. Great location near highway. Pet friendly as well.ThanksDarin Spassoff
Service is terrible. Could hear water dripping in walls. Someone came out, but they told me they would have to send a plumber. Three weeks later when I asked them about it they had no idea what I was talking about despite the ticket still being open. When they did finally show up the two guys didn’t have masks on or have any with them. I gave them two disposable ones I had so that they could get to work and not disrupt my day further with having to go get some and come back. Asked about my fans being installed, and they are saying they are going to charge me $125 to install their fans. Their website does not state that there is a charge for the fan. My AC went out, and I was told someone would be here in an hour. Called to get an update, and was told by someone else that it has mot reached an emergency level so wouldn’t be until tomorrow. I have a medical condition that makes heat an issue for me in certain situations. Tiffany acted like I was just being dramatic. I have only lived here for two months, and wish that I didn’t have to keep the remaining 12 months on my lease. Oh, and I still have not gotten my $750 gift card.
I move in at the beginning of September. But this process was easy and during these times, convenient. I am relocating to Texas and Ashley provided me with everything I needed to know even while out of the office. I hope that my time here will reflect my experience with the staff so far. I am excited about my new journey in the Dallas area and at these apartments. These apartments definitely checked off most of my boxes in my list, including access to stores and restaurants— as well as convenient to downtown Dallas.Update to my review:Upon moving in over 5 months ago, everything has been great. The flaw & reason for my 3 stars is that I am on the fourth floor & I consistently have to beat my floor or contact someone because of noise (including 4 direct complaints to the office). Is my neighbor’s music/bass loud? Absolutely— but do I completely fault them, no. Because I can also hear when they walk or close doors, which to me means that I believe the thick insulation that is advertised between walls & floors do not live up to expectations. This apartment is everything I hoped for, besides my DOWNSTAIRS neighbor (no one lives next to me—yet). I work from home, and during meetings and after work wind down, the last thing I want to hear is extra noise. I will be leaving once my lease is up, and if you move here, just pray that you have considerate neighbors and your apartment is well insulated.
New Apartments, New Equipments and Great location. Ask for Robert. He will run miles to provide great customer service.
My bf and I literary moved in 6 days ago and it’s been very disappointing since day one. Our main issue is not having washer and dryer in the unit even tho it was promised to us at the move in date. It was a big priority to us and we specifically told leasing agent about it. She insured us that it ll be in the unit by the time we get there . Obviously we believed her and signed the lease. It’s day 6 and we still don’t have it nor they gave e us a answer to when they give it to us.Even tho it’s brand new construction, it’s very poorly build . While we were moving out stuff, sewer pipe bursted flooding the entire first floor with urine . It smelled terrible. Never seen anything like it. And finally windows have a poor insulation so we weren’t able to sleep at night due to highway noise . Had to go the hotel . U could literary hear every racing car and bike at night. The only reason we picked Highway facing unit is bc if lot of natural sunlight. Since our building didn’t have quiet available apartments with natural light, we asked to be transferred to a building next door which is their sister community but they denied our request. Now we are stuck at more expensive apartment with no natural light and still no washer and dryer. I feel like leasing agents were dishonest and unorganized. Now we are seriously considering terminating our lease early and moving some place else. Honestly, if we knew we d have to deal with all this stress and inconvenience we would rent some place else. I regret moving here
Awww I love this place I have been living here for couple of months and I don’t regret making this decision . The fact that they celebrating Va day with these lovely balloons Is a plus .......
The Mansions at Mercer Crossing is a beautiful property in a great area. After looking at several apartments in the Farmers Branch and Las Colinas area, I can honestly say that there are few communities that can compete with what they offer. I worked closely with Vinny there, she was very attentive and patient. Overall, it has been a great experience and I will be moving in within the next month.
My girlfriend and I toured the property and were absolutely amazed by everything. Chanda was amazing, very professional and had amazing customer service. This is one thing A LOT of places around DFW lack. We had bad experiences in the past so we were worried we would receive the same here, but lucky for us the experience was great. We loved the layout of the unit, and it fit exactly what we were looking for. A big thank you to Chanda for helping us through the application process and for showing great customer service, its all been well appreciated.
The apartment itself is nice, but I had no idea I’d be across from the parking garage. The landscapers are outside my window, seems like everyday, and they are very loud. Another disadvantage is the parking garage lights are so bright it looks like daylight all the time. Lastly, you have people revving their engines all through the night and it echoes. Basically DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT across from the parking garage. If I had known I would have never moved in here . Now I know why I wasn’t shown the actual apartment before move in. Cest la vie.
Very good place and received great service from Tiffany during the process of moving in.
Put in an application on Wed. Vinny was extremely nice and it was refreshing.... But... they gave me the run around for 3 days (critical for my moving) only to ask me to bring in more information. While it was nice, I decided to not waste my time. Also, Ashley and Katelyn are extremely rude. She not only hung up on me, i heard her slapping the desk because apparently she was busy when i called and was frustrated. Rolls eyes. The community is nice tho.
I move in the first week of September. The process has been very easy going. I am hope all goes well! I will be new to the area, but not to Texas. The process was convenient, especially in this interesting times. Can’t wait for move-in.
Beautiful property! Ashley was awesome! She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I hope to make a decision soon on a new home and this place is at the top of the list!

I visited some friends who are renting a place here. Nice facility! Met some friendly neighbors at the pool one night after grilling poolside. Im happy my friends found this place.
Updated Review,3/1/2021My bathroom floor is no longer rumbling.2/9/2021My rumbling bathroom floor issue still exists. The apartment has attempted to fix this by reinstalling and replacing the below floor vents fan and AC unit, but this has only helped a little. Its ridiculous that a brand new apartment wasnt quality checked when built and this issue hasnt been fixed still. Its even more ridiculous to rent a place that doesnt have stable flooring at this price point.Lease at your own risk.________________________________________1/20/2021In the past week and a half, Ive had my bathroom floor rumbling heavily, from what I believe is the lower floors air conditioning/heating vent. The rumbling is so strong that it echoes across my whole bathroom and apartment. Imagine trying to sit in your desk working from home but you feel a constant vibration from the floor or even sleeping in your bed and feeling a vibration.Maintenance has come by twice to look at it and explained that they would have to contact a company to fix the motor. However, the issue has persisted this long and is making living and working from home very unbearable._________________________________________________I moved in because of the move in specials and the location.Pros- Great location with fast access to 635, I35, and PGBT. Its a quick drive to the airport, downtown Dallas, and Las Colinas.- Energy Star Certified- New Apartment building with brand new appliances, amenities, and a nice parking garage- Exceptional service from the front office staffCons- The walls and doors are built for insulation but not for sound. The door doesnt block any sound so youll hear it when people walk by your door or when neighbors slam their doors shut. I can hear footsteps, chatter, and music from my neighbor through our adjacent wall in my living room all day long. This has made working from home unpleasant but you may get lucky with your neighbors.- Because of the location, expect to hear a lot of background noises from your windows including, high way and road noise from 635, wind draft from airplanes descending down to DFW, and a train horn as the apartment is half a mile away from a train track.
Chanda was very nice and was able to give me a tour with very short notice. The property is brand new and you can basically hand-pick what type of view you want. The move-in special was very enticing as well. Take a look online at your options before you go, cause they do offer look and lease incentives.
I just moved in today!! My apartment is well insulated!!😎👍🏿 I walked outside my apartment, and I walked and could hear my one neighbor to the right. ( I have an end unit so only 1 neighbor 😀) I could hear my neighbor from walking past his or her apartment, and it sounded like a social gathering, when I walked back in my apartment, I muted my TV and couldnt hear them. Im very satisfied with the sound proofing on my wall!
The process was horrible no communication what so ever misled one agent say one thing then another agent say another just give you the run around. Ashley is very rude
My agent was Chanda and I havent even moved in yet. But just how nice and welcoming she was made me seal the deal. I have already referred 3 people.
I just toured this community and I made an immediate decision to lease here!! I live at one of there brother/sister (How ever you would like to address the gender of the building..hahahha) in Mckinney, and I knew this would be another great place to live! The view from the top floor on the outside is great!!! The Gym and the Fitness center are also great!!!! Michaela was one of the most genuine and professional leasing agents I have conducted business with as well! She has an outstanding positive vibration of energy!!! I highly recommend this apartment community. I would like to add, if they added some kind of water sprouter design that would allow water to shoot up at the pool, that would be nice. Its just an irregular shaped lap style pool, and thats it. Also the pool table is only accessible during business hours???
Great apartments with lots of amenities and really nice pool.
I just tried calling for information about 5 times because they kept picking up the phone just to hang it up! I guess they really dont care.
Beautiful brand new community in a great area!
According to some residents they dont really care about you, Its purely about the money
Excellent place all very nice and cozy, the people who work allVery helpful
