Came here to get shirts altered and they came out perfect. Staff was helpful with questions and good customer service. I will be doing business with them again.

Too bad there is are no negative stars to rate this place. I dropped off a dress to get hemmed. I thought he said it would be 19.95. When I picked up the dress it was 107 59. I thought it was an error and he put in an extra zero by mistake. All he could do was laugh and tell me it was a good deal. I left letting him know I didn’t think it was funny. I’m on my way out of town and must have the dress. What highway robbery. The dress cost less than $50.

I simply took a polo shirt to adjust the width at the bottom. Even took another polo to have them match it. Picked up both shirts and saw that they made no alteration to my shirt. Went back to have them do what should have been done and they said they adjusted length. Which they didn’t. Then they said I asked to fix something else. Nope. Waste of time and they wouldn’t fix the shirt nor give me my refund. Waste of time.

Ive used this place twice now and have had a great experience, followed by a mediocre experience that has turned out to be better than I initially gave it credit for.First: Fast and easy, excellent job cleaning, starch level (light) was spot on.Second: Dropped off 5 shirts and 3 pairs of paints. I needed two pairs hemmed 2 inches and the third needed a belt loop repaired. When I dropped off I was told $5.XX, theyll be ready tomorrow at 5:00. I didnt really process that this was just for the shirts so I was bit surprised to hear him say $54.95 when I picked up. The hems were $15 each, the belt loop was $5, and the cleaning was $8.XX. I paid it, obviously, and took everything home.In hind sight, I should have asked for a quote on the hems (I probably would have still had it done, $15 isnt unfair) which would have elevated my initial sticker shock.That said, I have to say that upon inspection, I was beyond pleased with the tailoring. The hems are crisp, the thread is a perfect match and the stitches are straight and tight. The pants look amazing.Ill be using this place for as long as I work close by because its convenient, affordable, and the work is A+. The proprietor is friendly, just make sure to have a clear understanding of any tailoring costs ahead of time. Shoot, they may even posted in the shop and I just neglected to look. I wont let my shortsightedness keep me from doing business here for the foreseeable future.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place will damage your clothes. I took a $50 blouse here just for a dry clean and when I arrived to pick it up I was told nothing. When I got home, I realized that my shirt had a hole and they tried to cover it up by sewing it and also the fabric was starting to unravel and it was ruined on one sleeve. When I went back to the shop I told the worker about my shirt and she called the manager and he stated he would have to talk to his workers and see what happened and wanted me to come in the next morning. The manager seen my shirt and stated he needed a receipt to refund me my money and the shirt was bought a year ago. This place is so unprofessional and ruins clothes so I suggest finding another shop in the area.

If have to say Im impressed, with not only the quality of the cleaning, but the customer service. I left a collar extender on my shirt and initially it was lost. But the owner called me back to give another to me. There was another instance, where the owner personally pressed my shirt in 12 hours so it would ready, even though I was late turning it in. Cuff and Collar goes above and beyond service and quality. Thank You guys Ill be back.

I could be biased but I love this place. The prices are great and the service is top notch. I drop my clothes off on my way to work and pick them up on my way home. They used to be located further up on Midway Rd which made it harder to get to but now its perfect.

They do a good job, had some alterations done here that were all done well. A little pricier than other places in the area.

I havent had a bad experience with them and I have been a customer here for 3 years already. Their prices are great and the staff is friendly.

Horrible experience - stay away. I recently used them for the first time and 2 out of my 3 new shirts were damaged. One had the buttons melted and broken and the other had a hole.

Took a load full of laundry to be washed, they washed colors and whites together, now I have green T Shirts.
