Jorge Flores did a phenomenal job on our pet stained carpets. He also cleaned our master bath tile and refreshed grout lines before sealing. Master bath floors look like they did 7 years ago. Highly recommend their service!

Very poor job. When I made the appointment I was told that the living room furniture would be moved. They did not move anything but the coffee table .And broke it. They only cleaned around the sofas instead of moving them and left puddles of water on my kitchen floor where the carpet stops at. They did 3 rooms in less than 20 mins . My brother worked for Stanley Steamer for 20+ years. So I know for a fact that 3rooms takes longer to do a professional job than 20 mins and that the stains will come out of the carpet . I questioned the tech. And he said that of he went back over it that it will cause mold in the carpet. Uum I think not.. if it was done correctly..

My friend needed to have some spots cleaned as her cat had made some messes, so I called Stanley Steemer to set up an appointment. Miguel was punctual, courteous, explained the process, and explained that the solution that he would be using was safe for their cat and for humans. When he was finished it looked and smelled so clean! My friend signed up for a maintenance package and then ordered a runner in order to keep the newly cleaned carpet clean. I recently used Stanley Steemer for air duct cleaning service. While the estimate process was positive, the actual $575 service was poor. A pipe was stepped on in the process and water leaked into my ceiling. Water was left in the pan. It was a lazy, poor job and items were broken in the process.After calling the general customer service number several different times to be connected to the manager, I finally got them to come back out and fix the broken pipe. I was told to contact the supervisor for the Dallas area, Chris Zubro, and that he would pay for and assist with fixing my damaged ceiling. Due to the leak, there was water damage, I need new dry wall and paint. Ive followed up several times over the past month and have not heard back.My entryway smells like mildew. The lack of communication and lazy work ethic is upsetting. I will not be using Stanley Steemer again.

I cannot emphasize enough how fabulous my experience with Stanley Steemer (13859 Diplomat Drive, Farmers Branch, TX location) was. I have had carpet cleaners before but was wowed with the service providers, team leader Ferguson Logan and Anthony Washington. Talk about hard workers and totally dedicated to PERFECTION. Tech was great!! Very personable. He deserves five stars. They need to be upfront when making apt about cost. Told me $128 but when they got there it was $280 if you want cleaning chemicaland deodorizer. Could have done better somewhere else.

We have light gray tile throughout our home, and with two dogs and two kids it was starting to look more faded and brown over time. We had our tile cleaned and sealed and it looks brand new! They were friendly, gave recommendations for future care to make the shiny and new last, and were overall just a great company to use.

The estimator closed the dampers and this prevented air flow to my living room and master bedroom. The estimator also placed Stanley Steemer stickers on my units in the attic without my permission. After speaking with a manager, I was informed that his guys are not tech savvy enough to close the dampers. I now have to have a company measure the air flow to the rooms with the problem.

I was scheduled from 11am-4pm and they didn’t come until 4:30 which a little frustrating but they were super friendly and very efficient. I didn’t catch the guys name that performed my service but I enjoyed his company and the work he did. My sectional looks good as new with no stains or odors. In fact it’s made my entire home smell fresh and clean.

I hired them on to clean a deep pile rug that had been used by our very old cat. I was hoping that Stanley Steemer could remove the smell and leave tbe carpet better then they found it. This was not the case at all. The effect of cleaning the carpet with products and equipment made it worse. The worst part was that carpet and pad dried the carpet shrunk and pulled away from the wall. I now have to replace the carpet and pad. Not sure what Stanley Steemer wants to do about this situation. Maybe you should reconsider using them to eliminate pet stains and pet odors......

My 8x10 area rug was returned 3 weeks later and smelled like mildew. We didn’t notice the smell until the Stanley Steemer men had left. I will be calling the company and ask them to re-clean my rug.

The wood floors in our new home were sticky and grimy. We called Stanley Steamer and they came out the next day. Turns out the previous owner had been waxing them, so they had a ton of buildup. Isis and her team did an amazing job. Now my socks — and me bare feet — don’t stick when I walk. Highly recommended!!

David did not clean the grout or tile floor. The next day I decided to use Clorox mold and mildew cleaner and scrub the areas he said would not get any cleaner. Not true I should have just did the floor myself. I could not believe it only took him about 15 minutes to do the floor now I know why. Poor, poor quality. I hope he will do better for the next customer.

Our air ducts had never been serviced. Stewart and his teammate worked diligently to clean our ducts, careful not to damage any household items with their tools and equipment. All my questions were answered during and after the process. Now our air is cleaner, and we look forward to less dust.

I have used Stanley Steemer for 25 years in 2 houses that had white carpet. The service of 8/25/21 will be the lastThe 2 men did not wear booties and tracked in leaves and dirt from out doors. There was no spot treatment which was usual. Upstairs in my bedroom they did not clean under two chairs but did place the Styrofoam protectors under each leg Because the stairs was not cleaned it was left dirt with leaves and dirt as was the entryway. I watched as the protectant was sprayed which seemed very haphazard compared to other times. When they left they disconnected my water from their truck but did not have the decency to turn the water spigot off. When leaving the house 3 hours later I found the water running down the driveway. Either these two were lazy and uncaring or Stanley Steemer has changed their policies.

The carpet cleaning was so rushed. He sped through the house and was done in no time. The carpet was left very wet even wetter in some areas. A lot of spots remained and some I scrubbed and was easily able to remove. If more time was spent on cleaning they could have all been removed along with all the excess water.I’ve used Stanley Steemer in the past and they were much better than this time. Yes I’ll use them again but I will make sure it’s a slow day and that they are not so rushed.

I made the appt online for Sat between 9am-1pm arrival time. Not only did they not show, but at 2pm I called to see if they were running late. Dispatcher told me they had come, rang the doorbell and knocked but no one was home. (false) I asked could they still make it today, so she contacted them and asked and they said yes, they would be able to come in another hour or 2..... and guess what... NO SHOW again and no phone call. My doorbell camera did not pick up anyone coming to the door that day at all.... why lie about it? why not just tell the truth? Hope yall enjoyed your saturday morning off.... probably stood up the person after me too... :-(

The technician was very professional. The quality of the cleaning left me very disappointed. The carpet is old which I made the mistake of sharing ahead of the service. My intent was to reassure the young gentleman that my expectations were realistic and I did not expect the carpet to look like new when he was done, especially for my Children’s rooms. The carpet was wet and no more for even the low traffic areas. I can only assume either the cleaning products or equipment is outdated. The price was great but the cleaning was subpar. Very disappointed as we’ve just finished spring cleaning and I was looking forward to this final step. So happy that I did not add tile to this visit.I will be returning to my previous provider for my next service.
