Service tech called 40 minutes after appointment time stating he would be late. When I inquired as to how late, I was asked to reschedule for later appointment, by later I mean 4 hours later. When tech showed up for rescheduled appointment, he was late. Decent job with the carpet cleaning if you dont value your time or day being wasted.

Aweful. No showed. Wanted $365 upfront for 5 rooms and required a credit card prior to no showing. Buyer beware.
