This company was amazing to work with and did a great job. Our rep was very informative and was in constant communication with us. He let us know when each crew was coming and everything happened when he said it would. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Before making the contract, Mr. Luis presents himself courteously but once the contract is made, he is irresponsible, you can no longer see his face with his work, he has no organization, they are not punctual with the agreed day, he does not answer calls when an emergency is needed. They left the garage blocked with their materials all morning this Lord is rude, I do not recommend his services and he is arrogant when requesting his payment, he does not comply with what was agreed, Sorry for not having sought more information about your page and the comments that agree with what you did learn to treat customers until the end of charging, because your work depends on them and I say again I do not recommend your work

We were needing our roof replaced and Luis guided me through the entire claims process. My wife was scheduled to go to the hospital and give birth to our second baby the exact same day our insurance approved the roof replacement. Luis was aware of this and had his guys come out the very next day and finished our roof before we came home from the hospital! We also had him install new gutters and re-stained our backyard fence. He has followed through on everything he promised us...pretty hard to find that kind of professionalism.

Nelson with Artisan Contracting Services (ACS) met with me after a major hail storm to explain the process of submitting a roof repair claim and even helped call the insurance claims department to start the claim and schedule the inspection. He participated in the inspection with the claims adjuster and made sure that nothing was overlooked. I was provided regular status updates as ACS ordered my preferred roofing material. Once materials were available the job started and completed on time. Repair quality appears to be good. I’ve inspected the attic during subsequent rain storms and there have been no leaks. I’d definitely recommend ACS for roofing installations and repairs.

Our experience with artisan contracting services was truly a great experience. Everyone we spoke with from initial contact to completed job was highly professional, courteous, and respectful. Lydia walked us through the entire process in our first contact meeting, explaining each step of the process. From inspecting our roof, explaining the things that would be included in the total roof replacement, estimated costs, coordinating with her insurance company, Luis meeting with the insurance company appraiser, selecting the shingle color, do the complete cleanup after the job is finished, we were fully informed and expectations exceeded. We signed the contract on Monday and the job was started and completed on Tuesday. And follow up on Wednesday to ensure that we were satisfied with the finished product. We are 100% satisfied!

Luis and his team recently replaced my roof and gutters. Not having much experience with the claims process, Luis guided me and offered great advice each step of the way. He was very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again!

They cleaned up the sidewalks and street with nail magnets after each workday, and when they were finished, they dragged for nails several times and also put everything back near the house as they found it.DEFINITELY use this company.
