These company is not the most honest out there. Good luck getting hold of them. According to them if you give a negative review you are throwing hate? no Im letting people know about the dishonest way you have of doing business Commercial Equipment Company.

My apartment complex changed over their machines from a swipe card to payment via an app. I worked with Victoria via email to get my cards funds transferred to my app so I wouldnt lose money. They were able to take care of everything and were always incredibly professional. I highly recommend them for anyone needs a commercial size service.

Machine processes my transaction and took money but would not start. Tried to use app to request refund it does not work. Tried to get help the the help link it does not work. The machine don’t spin very well. They leak, was to expensive for how poorly they work. Operate like cheep front load washers and driers. No one to contact when there is a problem.

Waste of time to call the main office in Farmers Branch, TX . If there’s an issue with your laundry card they will insist you call your residence leasing office. “Speak to the owner we cannot do anything about the machines or cards”. -Commercial Equipment Co. The receptionists do NOT care to HELP. Margrett claims she does not work for Commercial Equipment Co. but answers calls i.e customer relations. I find that quite odd. This company seem uninterested unproffesional. Save your energy.

The best place to buy Commercial Washers and Dryers. The salesman Mr. Northup is by far the most knowledgeable in the industry. He is not pushy, knows exactly what the location needs and why. Plus his prices are very reasonable than all others. I bought new equip for my Mat and he was the lowest price quoted. He saved me a lot of $$$$$$$.

Horrible customer service! Our salesman never seems to be there and doesnt return calls. 1 week after our latest purchase of a new speed queen machine it is out of order and we were quoted over $900 just for a service call since it only has a parts warranty. $20K spent on machines and this is what we get. Lesson learned spend a little more and buy local.

They are very nice and perfect till you sign the estimate for approval after that you dealing with people which they doesnt know anything about delivery time or shipping time every week they will tell you new excuse for delaying week after weekI ordered equipment June 26 and received it on Sept. 14when I ordered the machines I was dealing with Mark and I told him please dont do the same like what you did with me in the first order couple years ago and he said dont worry this time it will be easy and fast he told me 4 weeks max and its end up more than 11 weeks and when I asked for discount Mr. Andy called me and said no discount and you have to pay the rest of the money today in order to receive the machines

I have this company’s washers and dryers in my laundry room at my apartment. My tenants really like the machines. I highly recommend commercial equipment.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beginning with Sam the salesman all the way thru the installation of equipment with technician Cele and his team.Would definitely recommend Commerical Equipment Company to anyone.

Steve is the guy to go for parts. WARNING!!! Do NOT buy refurbished parts from anyone. I should have listened to Steve at CEC. Buy original from them and save headache, time & $$$.he gives me the best price and I SHOP around for low price! Tell him i sent you and ask for the GOLD price and save $$$$.And if you ever need opinion on mat equipment, then Andy & Taylor are the guys to go to. I already own few mats and then I was going to refurbish another mat I intended to buy. Thanks a million for their advice. I saved a ton of money and in the end By taking their advice, i saved $$$ & headache.Plus Andy will always return calls after hours to help with all aspects of the mat business. Thats dedication to the customers.

This is the worst company that I meet, They dont understand the mean of Customer service, never answer emails, They dont return calls, only are interested in sells, I dont recommend them.
