Stopped to pick up a tow dolly. There’s a phone number posted on the door. Nobody answers. Business hours say they’re open til 2pm. Nobody is answering the door either. Have to drive to Waseca to pick up a tow dolly because nobody is answering the telephone or door here. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here.

Helped the inlaws move up here. Our experience was like the other reviews good luck getting any help from an actual person.TERRIBLE!!!

Dawn is amazing. We left a set of keys in a truck we returned two states away and she tracked us down to return our property. So thankful for this kind of customer service.

Reserved a trailer for Sunday, appt. only, Received a confirmation email. I arrived at the location with 2 sons-in-law and no one showed up. When I called, I was told their was no record of our reservation. We had to load up 2 trucks and drive those 150 miles to move our furniture. When I went to the office on Monday, the owner was very rude, wouldnt reimburse me for the gas I had to use and threatened to call the police and have me removed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, even someone I really dont like!

Horrible hours and service... who closes everyday at 4pm and takes an hour lunch 12-1pm? When you call during their hours they dont answer the phone. Not sure how they expect to rent Uhauls when they dont answer calls.....

We needed a large trailer on very short notice and they were so helpful in tracking one down for us to use as well as coming in on a Sunday to meet us and letting drop the trailer off when they werent there because it was convenient for us. Very kind people.
