Not a current customer, but one of your employees (Emmett was his name I believe) was an absolute legend today.He assisted in dealing with an aggressive and reckless driver that hit my truck then tried to instigate a physical altercation with me after. He was professional and cool headed and deserves all the credit for things not going from bad to worse in that situation. AND he was even kind enough to talk to my employer and give the real version of what happened after the instigators tried to contact my company to get me fired/get money after THEY hit ME.You guys will be at the top of the list if we need rental equipment you can provide. Please pass my thanks on to Emmett again, he really represented your company well today.

I rented a sander for my deck. The bottom part that was suppose to hold the pad was wore out so the pad and paper would not stay on the unit... i essentially had to set the unit down onto the loose pad/paper. The first piece of sandpaper was trashed a few minutes into it. I gave it another try, but gave up shortly into the second piece of sandpaper. Bottom line.. no refund nor partial refund and they charged for an extra sheet of sandpaper we didnt use. Called to find out they have a full voice mailbox. I did eventually get a hold of someone and all they would do is give me money back for the extra sheet if I found it and brought it back (didnt take my word for it). Giving 2 stars only because the guy that rented me the unit was nice enough.

Great people and equipment seems well maintained. Lots of tree trimming at the homestead. Rented 2 tow behind lifts and a log splitter (3 separate weekends) all went great! Thanks Guys!

I rent the bobcat he had bald tires wouldnt go nowhere was a complete disaster that wont even work with me with the upgrade or any kind of refund so disappointment never going back

If you’re upset that they call you when you’re late bringing THEIR stuff back then that’s your own fault. It’s their stuff you’re renting so yeah, return it on time. I didn’t have an issue with them unlike other people who rated this place. They were all very nice and helped us out with whatever we needed. Will be returning there again.

I am not a customer of Rent-N-Save but have to say after my brief encounter with them this morning I will never be one! I was taking my kids to the bus stop several blocks from our house and their porta potty delivery truck was blocking the entire street. After waiting several minutes for him to move, I asked him to move his truck and he declared that I needed to wait. I said that I was worried I would miss the bus and he just kept going about his business. After watching him make trips to his truck for toilet paper and then messing with straightening hoses etc. it became apparent he was not going to move until I chose another route to the bus stop. Because of where we are located, I had to re-route off a busy road and we barely made it!I dont usually take the time to make a review but felt it was such a bizarre way of handling the situation and couldnt imagine having to deal with their company in a professional manner! After searching their company, I was shocked to see the way they treated a previous customer who had made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau! It made a lot of sense with how the situation was handled this morning with me just asking him to let me pass on the road! Check out the customers review on the Better Business Bureau site. Look into hiring someone else for your rental needs because clearly something is wrong with how they are running their business!

Do your job take care of your responsibilities the portable bathrooms at the county parks with you name on them that have a maintenance schedule on the door say one month since serviced and then be rude and spiteful when its brought to.your attention wow thats the American way to gain local customers yupp you have been rude karma sucks. .

Rented me a filthy dirty vacuum that had a part missing when I got it home.

Horrible customer service and they harass you like no other if you are at all late returning anything n then threatened me as well.
