We had problems with our dryer and the staff was very helpful even though they don’t even sell that brand there. When it went out for good, we bought our replacement washer and dryer at Quality Appliance, delivery was within 2 days. A week later we found our same units at another store for $100/unit more. Great service and good deals. We will be buying our next appliance here!

Good appliance, but dont use the rebates thru brand source. Demand the refund up-front. Someone had already used my serial numbers for a rebate, went around and around with brand source and quality, sent multiple pictures of my numbers. No help from either place, think store used my numbers. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Quality Employees! I just wanted to hug these guys. Centerpoint Energy cam out and said the compressor was bad on my fridge. They helped me find the right relay for my model fridge and I fixed my fridge. Yay!
