Flooring is beautiful! Staff misogynistic and undertrained.1. I was told three different time periods for acclimation time. This caused problems with timing of contractor and move in, cost us money.2. When I went to pick up the flooring and pay, they miss counted the funds by $1000. I was honest and showed them the error and payed the full amount3. I gave them the length of EVEN floor transitions needed. I ended up two different types of transitions. I had to reorder the correct ones and pay a fee. They came a second time incorrect.4. I was short padding. I went to pick up another roll and it looked different. They told me I was confused by the new packaging (guessing because Im a women?) It was NOT the same. It had no adhesive strip on the one side. My contractor had to use tape and it cost me more money (time/mat).5. When my husband went to pick up the correct transitions (for the third time) and return over $500 worth of incorrect/excess materials (I had given them sq ft and amount/ measurments of stairs) he was told that it was because I was flustered when I ordered and must have given them the wrong information. Strange being that this gentleman calling me flustered was not present when I ordered and my wrong info was from a contractor with over 30+ yrs experience...**Would like to note we did not point fingers, just asked to return the excess and for the $20 back from the special order that was incorrect. Lumber Liquidators called a women confused and flustered in front of a room of customers for what purpose?

I purchased Tranquility vinyl flooring installed by licensed contractor as per there specs worst flooring i have ever used didnt go together right fought every piece every step of the way than about a month after install but ends started separating contacted customer service and received a letter back saying sorry nothing we can do call a another contractor to reinstall if i wanted a product this bad i could have gotr it at walmart i will never buy from them again

As a licensed contractor and commercial account customer, I have never seen a company side step a valid warranty claim like Lumber Liquidators. Their Morning Star bamboo floor is failing all over the country yeilding a class action lawsuit against its manufacturer and lumber liquidators yet they are still denying that the floor has a problem. DO NOT TRUST THEM and take your business to a REAL flooring store that warranties their products...
