Only giving this place 2 stars because the carpet installers were very fast, professional, and did a good job. But the store is ran poorly, our salesman strung us along for months. Always trying to get us to agree to later install dates. I’d give him 0 stars. The manager did step in when we requested help at one point and tried helping us out. I would look into other options.

Ive dealt with all the carpet stores in the Fargo area and carpet world by far has the best installers out of all of them.

Carpet World is fantastic! I worked with John Olson for months to re-carpet my basement after it flooded as well as select a carpet runner for my stairs. John REALLY knows his carpet and helped me make a wise decision. I had stopped at other big box stores before Carpet World and I will say there is a catch to free installation offers. Im happy I chose Carpet World instead as John asked the right questions. He then informed me on carpet fibers, different piles, color trends, etc. Im confident I made a good investment and Im SO happy with the new look! In addition, John is a great guy to work with! Hes patient, friendly, and fun! Dont hesitate to reach out to them! Thanks, John!

I woke up to water in my basement. I didnt have the time or knowledge to understand what my next steps needed to be. After contacting my insurance agent, I called a few flooring businesses in the Fargo-Moorhead area. I had new flooring picked out, an in-home consult and my new carpet and vinyl ordered before any of the other companies even returned my call. The process was extremely easy and convenient. I cant praise the staff at Carpet World enough. When I went to the showroom, every single staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. I worked directly with Brenda, who Id highly recommend. She was knowledgeable, gave me her professional opinion and I never once felt like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision I wasnt comfortable with. Do yourself, your family and/or your business a favor and only work with Carpet World for all your flooring needs!

I am so pleased with the floor repair that Bob did out in casseltton. I literally see no evidence of damage. He did an amazing job and allowed me to be able to maintain my relationship with someone I clean for! I would give Bob more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you carpet world!

Part of our basement flooded Easter weekend and after cleaning it out, we were recommended to Carpet World. I called and left a message and maybe 4-5 days later my call was returned. We were playing phone tag so I decided to email an employee who I was told could help us. I emailed him the information about our insurance claim, what we needed, and asked him what the next steps would be. I was disappointed he never responded to my email. When we finally did connect on the phone, I was treated like a very low priority customer, he made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him because I asked how their process worked and if they could give us a quote. Asking for a quote was apparently too much. This same employee did eventually come to our house and take a look, but treated my husband like he was wasting his time. All around, we did not get any good vibes from our conversations and inquiries. We did only speak with and work with this one individual. We had planned to take care of the insurance claim flooring and then speak with them about doing additional flooring upstairs, but our poor customer service experience had us look elsewhere. We went with Carpet Garage and they were amazing to work with.
